Excellent video! My only suggestion is you call both screws the idle screw. Just to be absolutely clear I would refer to them as idle speed and idle mixture.
Majority of these carbs have plugs to keep you from tampering with the jets and the electric auto enricher is questionable at times. Personally I just put them aside and get a Nibbi carb and be done with it. Thanks for uploading the video.
It's just for idle and when you very first come off the throttle stop. So if you were idling and added throttle and it bogged or died before you even start rolling then that would be what to adjust

Agree. I always call stuff the wrong things. And the idle screw and mixture people mix up alot when I try and explain what to turn. Thanks

And I think you can get the whole CVK carb with jets and float bowl screws for cheaper than the jets alone
Holy sheeeeeet they do not want you working on the stock carb hahaha things locked up
Does tune of the air idle improve any speed or is it only an economy mod?

Main jet upgrade usually gives you more top end- full throttle power
@@GhettoWrenchto a bigger or smaller
I'm in VA at about 300 feet above sea level. For a stock 150 with a 26mm cvk, what sized jets would you recommend starting at?
Absolutely helps improve speed because engines running correctly
What app do you use for your phone
@georgelopez4221 old app called Drag Racer. I think it is dead on the play store. Which means ad free. LOL
Are you at sea level?
Yes... but in florida you have to Jet leaner than you think of sea level because the humidity is so high. Humidy kills power faster than altitude.
@@GhettoWrench I find these carbs so freaking awesome. In California there is zero humidity to account for but tons of altitude changes
