Isn't our society's tendency to look to successful and wealthy personalities as role models leading humanity to its own demise? In times of war or conflict, we see all our efforts to move towards a more sustainable society being set back. As long as human beings think as individuals and not as members of a single humanity, our future is in danger. We can act now by changing our own thinking. By understanding that peace is everyone's responsibility and that it begins in our relationship with our loved ones, our colleagues, and our neighbors. We can become the superhero right now. The superhero is each person who is careful not to create conflict when it is avoidable ... and even when it is unavoidable. Superheroes are those who create every day the world of tomorrow where the conscience of the collective good will have taken over the individual and his mental fears, selfishness, and greed. For more than 15 years, Sonia Grimm has created musicals and shows for families and young audiences and organized tours in which hundreds of children participated, becoming one of Switzerland's most famous artists. In 2018, she denounced more than ten years of psychological violence she suffered at the hands of her husband and producer. She then founded the Association "Parle-moi" and thus became the spokesperson for victims of violence and harassment in French-speaking Switzerland. In 2019, she met Steve Alban Tineo, who introduced her to the KYF© "Know Yourself First" methodology he created. She thus discovered a path towards a space of inner peace that they choose to transmit to as many people as possible by co-authoring «Through the Self» in French in 2021 and then in English in 2022 and by creating awareness shows about school bullying and violence adapted for all ages. Since 2019, Sonia has practiced her relational, negotiation, and mediation skills with Assertive Group.
