Three points to be added in India, i am the owner of 390 duke.
1. Cruise control is missing: competitor have added this on their vehicle TVS RTR 310 at a lower price
2. Original mirror missing: In the Indian market using dominar mirrors, the same mirrors are used in pulsar as well.
3. Headlight visibility is low.

What about a twin cylinder mid segment 500cc class KTM street bike? Around like 55+ hp and around like 45+ Nm of torque

Someone else will take that market if you are late. For example Aprilia 😎 see how they are filling in the gap before reaching the RS 660 with the 457 model

We want an all new segment killer motorcycle from KTM in 500cc with "ready to race" tagline.If ktm make parallel twin cylinder engine and adds 58-62 bhp and 48-52 Nm of torque to their engine spec sheet,then it can rule the whole segment.Aprilia, Kawasaki, CFmoto, Yamaha, Honda none of them can compete.Btw we look forward to it.

This bike looks and sounds amazing, my new buy. I only want protection from dropping it on my commutes, but all the features are amazing. I just hope I can just ride it normally, not really want for wheels... but I do like a bit of zoom zoom :) 10/10

You guys seriously need a sub 600cc Parallel twin Engine....Duke/ RC 390s are getting out muscled by newly launched bikes..
They need to comply with eu A2 license regulations

a 590 would fill a gap nicely but still, they arent out muscled at at all. They easily win the 3-400cc segment. Yes, a 500cc bike will have more power, but a 700cc will beat that, and so on. Saying a bigger bike is beating them doesnt mean anything. Its about winning your segment. Again, would love a 590 or something for the huge gap between a 390/790. Why not a 590 with 65-70 hp? I know emission laws and other things have shrunk the 600cc -ish segment but it just seems like such a big gap in the lineup. For the record, I bought one of these new 390's and I love it. It was hands down the best equipped option available in its class.

Have a 2007 990, needed a second inexpensive bike and got this 2024 390. Wow great fun bike and for the price it’s amazing. This bike performs like a 500-600 cc bike, I think.

What would be the maximum rider height to ride it comfortable?
The product manager here says, he's sort of 190cms so he took him as a reference to explain the body panels in the bike to support cornering and stuff.
I believe a 190cm rider should feel comfortable and I believe the ride height can be increased as well. They have some adjustment inside the seat to increase its height if I'm not wrong

The best design for the Duke is the first generation 200cc/390cc , the second is good enough and this version….nah 😒😏
Those Gen 1's were light too, about 150-165 kilos.

Provided you REALLY like orange. Thankfully they also make the svartpilen.
Expect design every thing is great in gen 3 duke
So not every market gets the lightweight wheels.

@@Reginvalt there will be a power limitation, and these engines are not that powerful but 2 cyl more interesting than 1
@@Reginvalt Power levels can be enginnered with setpoints so that the bike power can be increased for more experienced riders

Am I The only one thinking chain was bit loose..?
US MODEL .Got mine a week ago. Right off the bat, nit even a mile from the dealer.. oil leak and engine stalls when downshifting from 6th to 5th. Dealer couldn't figure out whats wrong. Now the bike sits on the dealer for a week now.. i bought the bike for it just to sit at the dealer for them to figure whats going on. And also no quickshifter, i have to pay $800 (dealer changing not including labor) to have it on. I contacted local KTM and they're no help also. If only i can return the bikr for a full refund ill do it.

you should really hide the exhaust by adding a sump guard. have you seen dukes older than 3 year, the exhaust just rusts. imagine a huge exhaust with this much exposure, if it rusts, it will be really bad for the looks. i agree that you used same design language of higher dukes but you should have also used same metallurgy too!

Brilliant Machine this , but KTM needs a 500cc twin cylinder configuration - Competition is heating up esp for RC 390- Ninja 500 & Aprilia 457 , if KTM makes a twin cylider 500cc , it will beat competition hollow , else make a duke / rc - 660cc , an engine configuration already available in KTM portfolio.
I just saw dynojet run on new Kawi 500 and its 51 hp at the wheel, 39 lb/ft at low rpm much higher than this bike
Please increase the intensity of light it too weak........nothing can be seen through it
........also 390 adv upcoming model front head lamp look too ugly ....please tune that circular projector to square one and give new face design......or at list avail new headlamp face of various design as accessories i bet it definitely sail in lot numbers........
The music in the back ground is very annoying and does not let you focus on what they are saying … please repost without that annoying music
engine heat and mileage are the problems.
Bought this bike, whole engine changed once at 500 kms and engine head assembly changed once of the new engine at 6000kms. Horrible reliablity!

Guys u need to check on vibration of duke 390 2024 do something about it over all bike good but this vibration only problem
I got this bike(blue}, it does`nt vibrate!!.
I have the new bike, it has some vibes because its a single, but its not much and honestly I dont notice it 99% of the time. It also seems to lessen after break in.

Oh you increased valve clearance check distance?...is that to get more bikes to fall outside of warranty by the time issues are found?
That is your reputation now. Normally if a manufacturer said they increased the distance between valve checks it would instill confidence, with KTM I have to wonder.
