Shame KTM aren't making a lightweight road going supermoto anymore. The 690 seems great but a little heavy for a supermoto. I understand why the Duke line became naked streetfighter bikes, it's more practical for a road going motorcycle, and a lot of riders will appreciate being able to put their foot down without having to slide of the seat. But no manufacturer is making a road supermoto 400-500cc. Ok, some markets still get the DRZ400sm, but the tech on that bike is over 20 years old. Plus at 140kg, people who race supermoto say it's a little too heavy for purpose. Perfectly light enough for a road bike, racers just want it down to 120kg or less. So the roughly 170kg of the 690 and 701 is super-heavyweight for supermoto.
@TheDaemon66 if you read the full comment, you'll see the 701 mentioned. Don't know what market you're in. In Europe there's no 450 or 501 for the road anymore.
