This tutorial is superbly done: Tight organization (a trait of yours), phenomenal use of B-roll to illustrate virtually every point, and excellent pacing. I'd nominate it for the TH-cam equivalent of an Oscar. Could we call that an Emilee?
Funny how I was about to ask on your last short videos about latte art in matchas, and then you make this video, it's like you read my mind. I typed some questions but discarded them since I didn't find such topic was fitting. Thanks anyway.
Great to have both coffee and matcha wolrd in one channel, love it. Well, my wifey loves it, cuz she doesn't drink coffee. What about matcha loosing some of it's health benefits after contact with metal? Love to sieve dry and also whipped matcha for better texture but I'm not sure about that metal contact thing.
@@beeta0820 happy you found this! I have two matcha videos on my channel for you! This video and a video from a few months ago. 💚 Hope you enjoy your matcha!
Ive actually been using the whisk a second time after I’ve integrated milk into the Matcha and it makes a pretty beautiful texture to pour onto. Also wondering what’s your take on adding sweeteners, like honey - or is that breaking a big Matcha rule?
Em- PLEASE tell me about your electric kettle base- that looks like a turntable! So cool! I’m a vinyl lover and so this design really speaks to me. Looks like a Fellow kettle? Dunno. Please let me know about it. Cheers. (Great vid btw. Gonna make a matcha latte tomorrow)
i tried to do ripple heart and it only makes a uneven blob it doesn't glide on crema towards the back of the cup and warp around like in your video. HELP also i kinda cracked the code on stacking. I've been adding too much milk in my pitcher in previous attempts so no matter what i do i only got beige layers to even sinking under the crema. i did hot chocolate an hour ago and i did a 4 layer tulip with 3 bottom layers wrapping into each other. i kinda fucked up the final layer cuz i ran out of milk and also didn't get to pull through💜 im gonna go keep practicing with soapy water and food coloring (gurl im so sorry for this long ass comment)

It’s the Lafeeca DJ Kettle.
I think they are on sale too!
@@EmileeBryantthank you!
damn! This video is perfection!!! ❤❤❤❤
The 11th one, rule them all.
I can confirm that the matcha gun is a perfect item for ceremonial purpose
We need that link in description, i want to buy a bag now/get you that bag
Yes! Weird I added it but it never saved. Will add it asap
If you use a good whisk (with more than 80 needles) you don’t need to use a sieve I find. It breaks down all the clumps.
That’s great advice!
Does batch matcha have to be stored in the fridge and how long would it last??
The most deserved Play Button on youtube in 2024

I want mine to look like the before! 😭
