If I did not list it here it was default settings
I also used the more traits mod but only used traits that increased experience gain for vanilla skills that already had a multiplier

im interested in trying this challenge myself how did you go about setting it up so that you dont die on the first day? in a previous video you said that you had it so that there were no zombies for the first week how did you go about doing that

I added my settings to the description of the video, peak day is 28 and starting pop was .1 so with 16x its about what you would expect playing default apoc which is 1.5. that being said the first week isn't no zombies it only gets harder and harder until 1 month in its just 16x everywhere, on this save it has been max pop respawning for the last ~2 months

Its disabled. I can already barely maintain ground given corpse sickness and think along with the endurance lose from drowsy far impacts the challenge more
