This is the question that landed me my first job....I said, "My greatest strength is straight forwardness which is an excellent trait in a corporate field as it helps in gelling well with colleagues and my greatest weakness is being straight forward, because there are times I should keep mum but it is difficult.......although I'm working on it"!
I got the job because I didn't lie and there were instances where I questioned the interviewers and they were pretty clear about my trait :P.....Always answer such questions with a beaming smile on your face. Always.
