What did you do with the two female fittings on the radiator where the two hose assemblies screw into the radiator? Just leave them open? Other than for aesthetics getting dirt in the oil side of the radiator doesn't matter much.
I would rather take my chances without an oil cooler and the risks for leaks. I have towed with a dozen vehicles..none had an oil cooler but that is flat land..in the mountains you sure may need it
Did it leak lol I need to know buddy he'll with an oil cooler all they do it's leak it's the stupidest thing I've saw chevy do or make or what ever plenty of truck pulled shit behind them with out an oil cooler for the engine oil
They made them in the older corvettes to keep the engine from overheating in the smaller engine bay I'm deleting mine as the engine bay the engine ended up in is way bigger

I blocked them off by using the fittings and metal lines I removed....did not want to burn any bridges incase I need the cooler functional later
Shuda lubed up the filter gasket...oppsie
Any real concern with over heating now? I don’t tow a lot but I still need to be able to.
