Pod HD500 rig/tutorial - 4 cable method (4CM)

The 4 Cable Method or 4CM is an awesome way to incorporate a real amp into your modeling rig with a units like Axe FX II, Helix, Digitech RP1000, Kemper Profiler, etc...
This allows you to place pre amp effects like wah and distortion in front of your guitar amp and post amp effects like delay and reverb after your guitar amp in the signal chain. You can even swap out your amp's preamp section for a modeled preamp.
Here's a quick video I did on my phone, explaining how I use the Line 6 Pod HD500 with an Engl Steve Morse head using the 4 cable method.
