Richie, I am so grateful to you for bringing everyone such joy and appreciation to music with all the work that you do. I can never wait to see what Band Geeks will do next, and one of my favorites is Detroit Rock City with Bumblefoot and Danny Miranda too! My husband and I were fortunate to see BOC in December at the Golden Nugget and again in January at the Muckleshoot casino. My hubby has been a BOC fan for 45 years and took me to Las Vegas to see you guys and even got us front row seats!!👏👍 We were on the left side, so we were able to see you up close a lot and it was wonderful to see you play with your guitar 🎸, keyboards 🎹and singing too with such passion🎶that mesmerized . Watching the camaraderie of the band was amazing and heart warming. I had the time of my life and I have hundreds of pictures 📸that we took from both venues. They are memories I will never forget. If only we could have another 50 years of BOC 😁 You make the world (and my husband and I and a lot more) a little better place with your music. We so appreciate all the entertainment you provide with all the work that you do. Thank you so much‼
Richie, I had a big smile on my face when I heard you confirm that the album with Jon Anderson has been recorded. I know that is a dream come true for the Band Geeks, and I'm so happy for all of you! The three shows I attended on the last tour were among the best concerts I've ever attended. I'm really looking forward to hearing the album.
Copernicus last night. JUST BRILLIANT! The new tracks were great! Thank God was awesome! John is so full of love! Close to the Edge and And You and I were my favs. Thanks Ritchie all of the Band Geeks hard work has born fruit! Thanks again! By the way, Graciano was on FIRE last night!
We know you’ve been busier than a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs. It’s your fault for being such a man of so many talents 😆 We all look forward to seeing or hearing you and the boys (BOC, Jon and/or the Geeks) very soon. Thanks for all you do ❤️
Richie, can’t thank you and the guys enough. Saw the Denver show last night. Feel like I could write a book about it. Scary playing, perfect sounds, limitless vocals and the energy and vibe were off the charts. Sublime. I was actually tearing up… it’s a cliche but you are doing the work of the divine… while rocking…
Thanks for the update Richie, great to hear. You're incredibly productive. Appreciate you finding the time to let us know. I've pre ordered the BOC album. 👍
Richie, great news on the tour with Jon Anderson and the Band Geeks album! Fabulous seeing you in Royal Oak, MI last month. 2024 shaping up to be a great year for you, BOC, and your other super projects. Rick D
I love that 50th Anniversary album, you guys did a really nice job on every one of the songs from the first album. I hope you do the same thing with the next two albums.
I once mentioned on one of your live streams that your original song reminded me of Trevor Rabin and here you are playing and creating with Jon Anderson. So happy for you guys and together you guys are tight! 😎
Thanks for the updates. Zoom call with Jon this week and he is just blown away with the new music y'all made. He said you are a brilliant producer and he feels a true connection to you, as he seems to have with bass players. See you in Chicago in June with Jon, would love to grab a quick photo with you. Hope to attend one of the BOC shows as well (Des Plaines) where I saw you+Jon last May. Safe travels. ✌️
Song titles for the album with Jon Anderson include (according to Jon at various times) "Once Up a Dream", "Counties and Countries", "Truth is You", "Still a Friend of Mine", "Build Me an Ocean", "True Messenger" and "Thank God".
Absolutely cannot wait for your new Album with Jon Anderson. And Richie, please is there any chance that your Jon & Band Geeks Tour can be brought to the U.K. please. 👍🏼🤞🏼🙏🏼 Good Luck with everything and Thank You. 🎶❤🎶
Richie, congrats on all your well-deserved success. So cool that you guys are working with Jon Anderson. Can't wait to hear your new album and see you guys in August in Kansas City!
Ritchie, thanks to your energy, talent and input, BOC is still going strong. I wish you and your bandmates the best of health and everlasting happiness. Looking forward to the new BOC album.
You Rock, and everything else. You inspire me RITCHIE. I've been a dedicated BOC fan and follower for over 50 years. I love YES. I'm about to turn 66. I'm very impressed by the many facets of music production that you are involved in and mastering. I currently live in Alaska. I love riding Motorcycles and am a Supporter of The 81 MC Club in NYC. I've met and visited with Buck and Eric. Nicest guys ever and Buck shared some enlightening insights with me that changed my views about bands and musicianship. Thanks for the update. You are on an Amazing journey, and I am very excited for you. I'm very impressed by your guitar skills and you keyboard knowledge. You are doing Amazing work. Thanks for filling some very important roles with the best bands and musicians ever. I love watching videos of you playing with BOC as well. Thanks for hanging out with them and helping them keep the shows and music coming. I recognize that you are a very important person in the music industry, and I Thank You for doing great things so the shows go on.... Big RESPECT MLLH&R
Looking forward to release of your upcoming projects. Had to pause this video to take delivery of my BOC 50th Anniversary :first night CD/DVD. (I hope you didn't miss your flight because I paused the video. 😀)
I’ve followed you and Band Geek for several years, off and on. I was just watching a BOC concert video and toward the end, I saw a face that looked familiar. I had to rewind it and realized it was you. Somehow, I didn’t realize that you were now with BOC and working with Jon Anderson! That’s awesome and well deserved! I hope to see more videos about this journey!
I'm thrilled to see that you're doing more dates with Jon Anderson. The show last year was magical, and I was afraid it might be the last time I ever get a chance to hear him sing Yes music. I'll be looking into tickets soon. And the Jon Anderson album news is amazing!
I want to congratulate you on your new project with Jon Anderson!!! I love your versions of Yes songs. I hope you come to Northampton Ma on the tour. I used to catch The Cult Brothers shows in Hadley back in the day... Band Geeks virtuoso covers... Cheers!
Thanks for the update. Some Jon shows are already almost sold out. So looking forward to the new album! Safe travels and continued great success, Richie and friends! See ya out there~
I'm ecstatic to see you guys again this year. Congratulations! My only small notes are: 1) please watch out for the Broadway-ifi-cation of some of the layered extra keys parts/samples with Kip. It starts to sound a bit too candied clean (like Gilmour's Floyd) and lacks the visceral gravitas when it gets too camp/orch/samply. 2) Jon has the wise angel lead voice so it's a lil off when you guys sing super clean and karaoke perfect. It sounds a bit too commercially and slick. Maybe try just singing like you guys naturally do and not trying to match Chris/Steve/multitracked Jon. Also, please play Gates every other night so I don't miss it this time if I go to two shows in a row. Thx and have a great tour!
I am so glad the TH-cam algorithm sent me a link to your channel. "After Dark" is one of my favorite songs to play bass to. I bought "Fire of Unknown Origin" back when it came out in '81. Awesome to see you're in the band.
Hi Richie, I'm a big fan of yours and of course the Band Geeks. I just saw a video of you as part of the Blue Oyster Cult performing at the River Cree Resort and Casino, and the music sounded great. I see you brought along one of the bass players from the Band Geek, I don't blame you, he's good. I'm from Brookly, and 71 years old, so I became of quick fan of BOC back in the day 1972, when they release their first album. I not only became a fan just for their music but also because they were from Long Island. If possible, I'm hoping to see more videos with Kristin Starkey doing lead vocals for the Band Geek. Ann Marie is fabulous too. She did a great job with Long Live Rock and Roll.
Richie, in one of the Patreon zoom calls with Jon, he played just a small snippet or two of the new music. We were digging it... it just sounds like great Yes music! So, I'd like to suggest an alternate name for your band with Jon. Since you can't call it Yes, how about... Maybe! ;-)
Hi Richie! So happy for all the success you have earned through your talent and hard work. I remember when you auditioned and got accepted to both the jazz and Studio programs at Purchase College. You had to chose one or the other. I was a bit disappointed that you didn't chose the Jazz program, but in hindsight I'd have to say you made the right choice! My best to you!
Love all your stuff, especially with John Anderson! I have never found a professionally produced video of any of your concerts with him. Only from peoples IPhones, which I hate, but you can see that you guys were killing it!
So good to hear from you! I know you have been crazy busy. I am so thrilled that you get to make music with a legend! Will see you on the road for sure! ❤
Congratulations to you Richie on all of your success ! Can't believe you started out doing cover songs on TH-cam.....to now touring with B.O.C. and the great Jon Anderson along with all of the other projects....you are A very talented musician, and I wish only the best for you....can't wait for more Band Geek covers and videos !

The Supernatural video was amazing! And, of course Joe’s song is killer!
I once mentioned on one of your live streams that your original song reminded me of Trevor Rabin and here you are playing and creating with Jon Anderson. So happy for you guys and together you guys are tight! 😎
Happy for you Richie. I miss your live streams.
