I am mostly devastated for Jun Lin and his family. He went to Canada to study only to end with a tragedy.
For anyone wondering: He vacuum sealed two kittens, taped one to a stick a drowned it in the bathtub, and fed one to a snake. As far as the victims, he stabbed him, had sex with him, cut him up, fed some to his puppy that he may or may not have also killed, and took photos.
He did kill the puppy, police found that same puppy in a trash bag with the torso and many other things

Honestly i watched the documentary and this didnt touch it at all. Especially the movie he was obsessed with and all the other details.

IKR, the guy who’s narrating the video is kinda tickin me off with the way he’s telling the story.. he’s not doing it justice whatsoever.. the documentary completely immersed us into the case and you get an overwhelming feeling of satisfaction watching him finally get caught in the end, basically all from the perspective of the activist group. I wish Rae would’ve just watched the documentary honestly, ima lil disappointed 😭😤

as a Canadian I remember this being EVERYWHERE we don't get a lot of news. once, a moose on the loose literally did make front page of the paper... when stuff like this happens it's just... horrible

I live in Quebec and I was in High School when this happened, everyone was literally traumatized by what he had done and so many people at our school saw the video... it was horrible. Hope he rots in jail for the rest of his life

I have a weird fascination with serial killers and murder programs/ videos such as this but when I watched ‘don’t f*** with cats’ I was taken back for a minute this man is truly the definition of a narcissistic psychopath! The fact he videos himself taking off the mans arm and head and pleasuring himself with them!And spinning it on a table! And left clues everywhere fitting into a movie! And then the man was caught because he was googling his own most wanted picture in an Internet cafe! Is honestly unbelievable! Truly disgusting!
same. just recently watched the documentary and even though i watched a lot stuff related to true crime (documentary, podcasts, movies, etc), seen so many brutal things, it was the first time a crime made me nauseous every time i heard the descriptions of what was done

Theres actually a whole documentary on this on Netflix called “Dont F**k with Cats.” Its rather interesting because its more on the point of view of a group of normal people who were trying to solve the case of Luka Magnotta through their Facebook group. Worth a Watch.
omg this is the one true crime case that really traumatized me, it’s so sick and twisted, plus I lived super close to him. another thing is that my friend found the video of the murder and showed me it. it literally took me weeks to stop thinking about this
Weeks??? I luckily never watched the video, but I saw screenshots around the time it was posted, and not even screenshots of the most grousome parts. And I still think about it to this day.

You can actually still find the video online. It’s absolutely gruesome and disgusting what he did to this kid. It’s so sad how nobody shows much attention or respect for the victim and his family…it’s mostly about the cats he killed..
He decapitated him and played with the head in the tub. Put his torso in a suit case and put it next to the dumpster in the back of the apartment complex. Sent a hand and foot to the Canadian Government.
I remember watching the original videos when I was a kid and it never registered in my head that he killed an actual person. I'm greatfull that my brain never registered it as something real

I saw the video of the murder that Luka did. When I found out about this case, my curiosity killed me, the really surprising thing is that I only wrote 3 words in Google and it came out on the first page I entered. I do not recommend that anyone see it, especially if you have a weak stomach

I saw this on Netflix first. It was called dont fuck with cats. I didnt know it was a real crime doc at the time cause i wasnt paying attention. Was a really good watch. That was also when i watched wild, wild country. Which is a docuseries on a cult so i also recommend that one too.

Any person that refers to their prison stay as, " it feels like I'm in a university setting," or gets upset because they don't have the correct, "chocolates in the canteen," need to be relocated to an electric chair post haste.

i prefer JCS narrating and editing over any other true crime channels, this guy narrating was kinda soy about it the whole time, JCS is grounded and says the stuff how it is and doesn't go: "oh god what he did was horrible, I'm not gonna get into details" like this guy I was like smh, he also talks a lot and JCS let the footage talk for itself most of the time

The guy in the video doesn’t mention that there was a second video of a cat being killed, this time being devoured by a large anaconda.
it was a vacuum bag the kind where it has a special lock that fits to your vacuum hose so can take out all the air and take up way less space when storing the bag afterwards that is what he killed those kittens with.
