it has to do with just nonsense commentary, saying shut up every 2 minutes and adding nothing to the conversation, just interrupting the flow of the video to remember the viewer that she's present without making an effort of making an actual point. I watch her reacting a lot, and this one in particular is annoying for me too. She usually makes points on other cases, or pauses to try and understand the case better, here she did none of that, just said "shut up" "he's guilty" and made dramatic reactions on a pretty uneventful video.

John was an unpopular weirdo so he would’ve been an easy person to frame - even his own family believed he did it. The real killer must’ve been someone familiar with him & how creepy he was. This whole case is disturbing, useless detectives not cross referencing simple evidence, a man who molested his sisters but jailed for a separate incident then found innocent and exonerated. The sheer determination to ask the police year and year again for a girl they might not even have met seems over the top unless they have underlying anger they wanted to appease.

It really was the perfect storm, a molester and pedophile matching so well the description of someone who abducted, raped and killed a child, on an evening he, in theory, didn't have the time to be there but _actually_ had all the time in the world to be there because he drove back home instead of taking the train... Had he not placed that call, anyone would say there was sufficient circumstantial evidence to incriminate him, when it was likely just a huge coincidence.
I still can't believe he can openly say he molested his sisters and walk free, "it happened when we were all young" sure buddy, either they weren't born by then or you were in your late teens when it happened, you can't exactly have done that when you _both_ were young with that big an age gap moron... Ah, the weird sisters. Janet waited 14 years until her father had died before going to the police with the story of the "confession" because she knew he would corroborate Jack's alibi. Isn't she a sweetheart? Mary, who heard the same "confession", didn't remember her mother saying much of anything, but, by golly, if Janet says it's true, then it must be true!
Were the cops telling the truth? All they were trying to do was get Jack to sign a confession, and if they lied their asses off to do so, who cared? They would never be held accountable for having done so. David Zulawski provably lied. Brion Hanley provably lied under oath. Cloyd Steiger admitted that he deliberately lied to suspects. Mike Ciesynski admitted he wasn't concerned about telling the truth. The lawyer for Irene Lau, the lady who ran the polygraph machine, admitted that she lied under oath as a witness at Jack's tiral, and that the assistant state's prosecutor, Julie Trevarthen, had lied to the judge and the public defender about whether or not a video of the polygraph interrogation even existed. (Hint - the lawyer first found about it by finding it on TH-cam.) The judge was known by the name "Hanging Judge Hallock." Even the appellate court judge, in upholding the conviction, fabricated testimony from the witnesses.
    Ain't justice wonderful?

I think the sisters, who most likely told their mother what disturbing things happened in their home as they got older, wanted revenge for what he did, so they said he did it.
I wouldn't be suprised if the girls thought he commited the crime, due to age, but wouldn't the mother know that her child didn't commit a serious crime.
I'm just thinking that maybe the daughters telling the mother what happened later in the years, made them dislike Johnny for what he did to them, which is why she changed her answer later on, on her death bed
When it got to the point in this story of the girls saying he wasnt home when the mother did, i immediately believed it.

Also Maria did played with Jack's younger brother Bob who was 6 years old at the time, Maria would play with Bob over their house and Bob would play over at Maria's house.

Also, he didn't want to be asked personal questions because he probably didn't want to be asked anything related to his missing daughter which he's most likely the culprit. Valkyrae streams on TH-cam. As far as I'm aware, TH-cam's chat cannot be downloaded like Twitch's.

JCS already described someone who is innocent, and he's exhibited mostly those traits. Like direct answers, annoyed at the police, etc. The only thing he didn't do (and I don't blame him for it) is that he should've called a lawyer at the very second that he felt that he's being suspected.
