I’ve previewed a lot of arm workouts and there are alot of hinging at the hips movements. One move I don’t see that’s I’d love to. Holding the weights bringing your hands ( arms) into a letter V. Not straight out not out to the side but between. That letter V. I don’t see In hardly anyone’s video. Nice video by the way.
