Love this. Honestly introverts make better salespeople because it’s all about asking smart questions and listening to your prospects, uncovering their pains and frustrations and guiding them towards the solution (using you as their agent)
Just post what feels natural to you! And if you hate social media, don’t stress.. there are SO many different ways to find business… including just building relationships with your network and your past clients
hello from century 21 indonesia 😄, i just joined a brokerage....but im finding it hard to blend in with the team...im so awkward and everyone's much older than me....i turned 18 on dec 10....and the clients don't take me as an agent...btw i love your content 😍
I believe door knocking is soliciting and many neighborhoods these days have signs posted prohibiting it. Leaving your business card behind is evidence of who to come after. How do you deal with this scenario?
Peddling is still legal, but depending on the city and state you might need a license. Posted “no soliciting” messages can’t being ignored though, at that point it is in fact illegal. It’s not as common for people to go out of their way and post that though, at least where I come from.
Find a good brokerage that will walk you through the process and help get you going. This might be a commission based industry, but having others to guide you in the beginning is a big plus!

As a real estate broker who's been marketing-focused since 2003, I've seen everything and these are 3 HUGE tips. Great job!!

I definitely love the idea of handwritten letters with the wax seal! So creative and definitely a way for us introverts to get ourselves out there!
us introverts need to stick together!

If I didn't honestly have interested buyers, I couldn't just say I did.

So when you door knock are you going to talk with them if they answer ?
I think it's just to get someone to come to the door and look. So if it's a home instead of a condo, maybe ... good question
Nice 😊

How come you didn't give Tom Ferry a shout out for his ideas?
I don’t suggest door knocking in these days and times.
Door knock?! least favorite thing as an introvert
🎣

How do i become one?
This is prodigious content. I read a similar book that was a massive influence. "Adapting with Aging" by James Crescent

But you don’t have buyers, so that’s a lie.
That’s what agents do best
Um… no
No problem! Not for everyone
An introvert does not need to be a realtor but work work on the back end.
You're absolutely gorgeous but your contour isn't well blended.... It's very distracting...
