    Recipe:
    2 oranges
    1 lime or lemon
    2 cloves of garlic
    2 inches of ginger
    2 inches of turmeric
    1/4 cup Pineapple
    1/4 cup of water
Blend and drink everyday. The body does not make vitamin C so you have to replace it everyday.

My grandmother (91 years old) , always healthy and the only time she saw a doctor was when she broke her arm:
    Her "secret"
1- When you wake up , drink 2 Cups of water and keep moving for 1/2 hour, before having breakfast (olive oil+ Wholegrain bread+Big cup of Naturally fermented milk) preferably..
2- only eat when you are really hungry, when you hear the Gurgling of your belly ..
3- No snacks, soft drinks, coffee & tea between meals ...
4- Eat slowly and chew your food very very well ..
5- Good 8 hours of sleep ,and no need to take a nap during the day, walking or keeping moving is better.
    BIG SALAM from morocco..

All the negative comments about taking too long. The main positive to take from that is simple. Chef Ricardo is here to help peoples lifestyle and health. He gives a step by step guide which we should be grateful for and also explains all the health benefits of each fruit. A nutritionist would charge for the information he kindly gives out in each video. Be grateful this man is dedicating his time to help world health. Also, on one at Chef Ricardo‘s videos, he said if you sit your vegetables, in baking soda about a tablespoon and water for 15 minutes to clean them you can use the skin as well. I do that and I use my turmeric skin and I use my ginger skin after I clean it so that way I won’t lose no benefits. Also and it’s OK that he explained how to cut your vegetables in this video. I don’t have a problem with that because sometimes I’ll be wanting to watch something positive. just a tip. You can always dilute this combo with water or some healthy type of juice as needed over a period of several days. You don't have to drink it straight or huge quantities of it. It's the consistency over time that is most beneficial .

I know some say it needs black pepper but I know it doesn’t grow with black pepper and I know that a lot of people are using it just the same as it grows fresh turmeric and they’re getting all kinds of great benefits, so I guess if we put black pepper with it it might be better, but it does amazing things all by itself that is proven over and over again as you talk to people here, using it alone.

In Africa fruits ara abundant but seasonal. I've been keeping them in the deep freezer when they are in season, though some of them need peeling and chopping. I use the blender regularly mixing in fresh turmeric and lemon. If i don't have turmeric i use garlic or ginger. My health has improved significantly. Also using honey on different types of medicinal tea like black seed, cloves means i hardly get sick. I'm aiming to be raw vegan as much as possible whilst only boiling medicinal tea

@@lewisrich3515 Flavor is one thing, nutrients another. Flavor can last quite a long time. Not so much with nutrients. Immediately after picking any plant it's level of nutrients starts dropping rather fast.
Little known fact, but for that reason when we buy crap at the normal stores, the frozen vegetables are usually more nutrient dense than the so called fresh produce simply because the ones they freeze they do within a day or two from harvest while the "fresh" produce can be as much as a week old if not more so.
