Honda Accord 2012- 2018 mirror replacement in less than 30 minutes

Someone hit my mirror while parked. This is a quick replacement. The mirror cost $60 from amazon (TYC 4700932 Door Mirror Left-Side Compatible with 2013-2017 Honda Accord)
The total time was less than 30 minutes. You can paint the mirror but I wasn't able to find a exact match paint.
Tools needed
Philips screw driver
pry tool
10mm socket

If you did not have to replace the wire would you have to take the door panel off? I have a similar problem with a Rover 75.

The padding he removed from the new mirror is actually insulation, for noise and water I believe
