This video was very helpful. Thank you!! I was able to change the borken back cover of the side view mirror. Very unintimidating instructions. For those who try, be very careful and patient. You are dealing with plastic and things can break easily. Get the right tools - thanks for the tool recommendations in the details section of this video.

I've got an Acura RDX 2013.. going to tackle this job soon. If it wasn't for this video I would've bought the whole assembly which was like 3x the cost. Hopefully the instructions are very similar!

Thank you very much for the video. Quick question though. I have 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid EXL. Driver side mirror housing in cracked and I want to replace it. So, my understanding from your video is that I don't have to remove side mirror completely (i.e. it can still be attached to the car). Please let me know if this correct. Would you mind doing the same video removing the back cover (skull cap) on the CR-V?. I've looked this Accord one but the CR-V skull cap is slightly different, where I think you don't need to remove the mirror to get to it, but if you could do a video would be great. I'm trying to replace the turn signal with a sequential one but I need to get to it first and if I can save removing the mirror would be great. Thank you in advanced.
