I just bought my second pair today at 169 dollars at Walmart. There’s nothing wrong with the first pair, I just wanted a different color! I freaking love these headphones. I think they are pretty durable because I use these regularly in the gym and I sweat a TON. The beats came with a clip so that you can hang it on your backpack so I don’t care that the case is a little bulky! I’ve had my first pair for almost 2 years and I haven’t broken them and I don’t take good care of them.

Audio quality wise is it still pretty good? I'm looking to get these headphones mostly for leisure like when I go on a train ride next month & edittng videos! I'm looking at a couple of beats that are less than $200 on ebay rn.
Bought mine 4 years ago, changed the ear cuffs twice and still rocking at 2023! The only thing i dont like is the micro usb. But durability wise i say its worth it!
I’ve had TWO Sony WH1000XM4s and BOTH gave out in a year (speaker failure on the first pair and charge port failure on the second). Hoping these last longer than a year 😅 Also, no hate on Sony. I LOVED my XM4s, but I was let down twice by a flaw that apparently a lot of people experience. Many people experience battery and charging failures in the XM4 and XM5s. At some point, the battery will drain and will not charge. Resetting the headset or factory reset does not work for most…$400 headphones shouldn’t be a paperweight in a year…
Just got these for 100 this Black Friday. I've heard a pair but couldn't see spending over 200 a few years ago. I shouldn't have bought them but I couldn't pass it up for the price.
earbuds are expensive AF $200 is a LOT of money. Especially bc they stop working in months. Maybe u have more money than me but I think 200 is a lot. I don't buy generic brands bc I want a reliable warranty
You can find others for under that. Hell the AirPods Pro 2nd gen with usb-C was just on sale for $189. That’s a hell of a deal. I think most of the time over the ear is more expensive. For name brand at least.
Got mine 75 bucks at a pawn shop so they're okay I'm big in car audio a bit of a bass head but respect Sq just as well they wont check every box but fairly decent caught me off guard with the micro USB charging port though not many people have this laying around anymore
Yeah the microUSB port sucks. You have to get these on sale or for cheap. The msrp they had on it originally was not worth it. I’ve noticed their newest headphones they already been discounting too. Note for anyone, don’t buy beats at retail 😂.
See picked up a very lightly used pair today for about 95 dollars. I think compared to my AirPods Pro these definitely stack up. I wouldn’t spend retail for sure though. Great sound I think but considering they are wireless maybe that’s why sound isn’t super super premium but works well for what I needed. I feel like it could be application based.
the studio pro just went for 180 the other day, you can't even get the beats studio buds plus for that. Add to that the beats studio pro headphones sound much better than the buds. The buds are more convenient though but they will likely break first
Is it me or do the original Beats Studios have better sound? I have an old beat up pair of original studios held together by duct tape (lol) and the Studio3’s. The original has way better lows, highs, and mids! I feel like the 3’s have like no mid range. It’s definitely a muddy sound but it seems like the audio quality use to be better.
I have air-buds but my nintendo 3ds or gameboy advance sp aren’t Bluetooth enabled and these beats are wireless and wired so it works 4 me 12/07/2023 🤓🤓🤓
Thank you! My main concern would be the ear cups wearing out over time but you can replace those easily if it comes to that. The ANC is enough to drowned out most noise distractions.

@@bigchungus7720yeah they can be loud, I usually stay around 60-70% volume when I’m using them and it’s pretty loud. Anything more is too much!
