Hi Gadget Dad, Yesterday I went to Target planning to get the Solo3 ($199) but they had the Studio3 discounted to the same $199, so I bought them. I have not had them long enough to give a full review, but my initial impression is positive. One nitpick: about the power button; it is rather tiny; wish it were incorporated into the beats logo on the right side. [3/29/23]
Loved your presentation. You convinced me to buy it. Was well worth it even though they were expensive. When I listened to the song you played by swif7 the sound blew me away.
True, its expensive, but the quality and soft padding around my ears is so comfortable. Its like driving a mercedes benz, very sleek. The sound and bass is so cool. I'm using it on my TCL 55inch smart tv. Mainly I watch TH-cam and listen to music, it has opened up a whole new world of sound. Well worth the price.

ive own the studio 3 for 2 years and i bought a sennheiser hd450bt anc last and definitely blown away with the sound quality of 450bts .. and its normal price is almost lower the half price tag of $350 price of studio 3s.

To everyone who has older beats before apple, and look to purchase these… I strongly advise to go try them out first. They do not have nearly as much bass as the older pairs. And if you are a bass head like me, this could be a problem. The sound quality and sound cancellation are good for something this price but they are SEVERELY lacking in the bass department. If you have subwoofers in your car these will feel like they have no bass at all. Hope this helps someone.
I agree they definitely do not sound like subwoofer’s. But to me they are balanced just right. There are higher and more expensive options. But for this price, these do very well. Thank you for your input and I hope someone found your comment helpful as well.

Been grabbed my pair a few months ago I thought I was good with the AirPods but they just don’t have the bass i was looking for so I got me some beats same color and everything im just a little upset because I see ppl are finding these things for 100-160 and when I got mines I paid 200 well 220 and that was targets sale price at the time but overall these are great headphones when I was younger and my parents brought my stuff I was only able to get the solos which I was thankful for but now that I make my own money I was able to step it up to the studios haha but yea great review 👍🏾

@@Thegadgetdad well that’s the thing I was looking everywhere Best Buy Walmart apple at the time I got ‘em they were still priced at 350 at most if not all the retailers I saw certain places online that had em for dirt cheap I’m just not in to buying items especially high quality items from second and third parties because I don’t wanna deal with any malfunctions or defects and I wanna ensure that the product I’m purchasing is real and not a knockoff I’ve seen some fake beats out there I’ve actually owned a pair of fake beats so now that I can purchase my things I go to the actual retailer or if I can’t get them from a direct company I’ll settle for other stores long as they’re a big chain and I know they have the real deal I’m just mad because if I would have waited just a few more weeks I would have been able to get em for 100-160 but these bad boys have definitely served me since I got em so I can’t complain to much
Hey, yea I have tried them my daughter has a pair. But I must say I think being that the foam in the solo 3s is smaller after sometime they do get quite uncomfortable in a sense that you feel more pressure directly on your ear. The studios have a big foam that mostly around the outside of the ear. That was my experience. But my daughter has no issue with them as she is smaller. Hope this helps.

Picked some up for my B for $150 @ TARGET. I bought her the solos a while ago but some POS stole them. I'm curious as to how they sound. I use the Sony XM4 which are AMAZING and I love. My Sony XM3s lasted FOREVER until the I broke the headband. I had it rigged with some SUGRU MOULDABLE GLUE but that was ugly af and lasted only so long.

Really don't understand the hype with these things man. I was so underwhelmed when I tried them, I've used headphones in music studios that cost half what these do, that blow them out the water.
@@johnnyangel636 the best I've used sub £200 (I own them myself) are the Audio Technica ath-m50xbt2. They have their own EQ app so you can customise the sound completely or use their presets if you're unsure of how Equalisation works, the bass delivery is immense if that's what you're into, just overall much better quality headphones for much less than these, to me anyway.
No they don’t. I have studio 2 for 6 years and they still work fantastic but I bought these wireless 3 because there wireless they don’t get in the way of my workouts.
I have to say I do agree with what he says around 3:17, its a good product that delivers quality, decent, sound; however not with what he says around 3:09, granted these were his first impressions, now, I am sorry, but these headphones, are, not, comfortable. I have had them for a week now, and when you have had them on listening to music for a while they do start to feel very tight and uncomfortable on the head, skull, and the leather around the ears, albeit soft, start to feel very, very, very hot. I had beats headphone years ago, before the apple purchase and I honestly don't remember those feeling so hard in the head, I'd say think twice before buying.
These headphones are good but definitely not worth the asking price. I think they are still over $300. I used to own a pair of Skullcandy Crusher’s and to be honest i think I prefer the skullcandys’s especially since the crusher’s are less then half the price of the beats
I have say that I am singularly UNIMPRESSED with the BEATS headphones. My partner bought me a pair. Within a few minutes of using them each time, one of the earphones begins to crackle. Searched the internet for a solution and found myself walking around the apartment in search of some mystical transmission ..."maybe from the TV, maybe from the laptop, maybe this , maybe that.." Point of sale suggest that it is NOT the headphones, but some other electronic item near me.... "You mean...like Chernobyl ?" Eventually gave up, and in a local market, spent €20 on what appeared to be a Mickey Mouse type of bluetooth headphone made in China, no doubt. Result ...Excellent quality...no nuclear or whatever interference... Apple has performed the same confidence trick as Alexa, the mobile phone that you cannot use and charge at the same time, ad nauseum.
Man that sucks and definitely sounds like a defective pair. Trust me I’m surrounded by electronics and I get no interference at all. I would return them for another pair. But then again Mickey Mouse headphones! can’t go wrong with those.

You ain’t using your eq’s? Apple Music has some. Spotify you can manually adjust them. They sound fine. They actually for over im your ears. The older beats sit right I’m on top of your ears. After a while they hurt. If you wear glasses, forget it

Listening to this with my beats pro and loving them as well. However while waiting on my army fatigue beats studio 3. 300$ later hope it was worth it.

I have say that I am singularly UNIMPRESSED with the BEATS headphones.
My partner bought me a pair. Within a few minutes of using them each time, one of the earphones begins to crackle.
Searched the internet for a solution and found myself walking around the apartment in search of some mystical transmission ..."maybe from the TV, maybe from the laptop, maybe this , maybe that.." Point of sale suggest that it is NOT the headphones, but some other electronic item near me.... "You mean...like Chernobyl ?"
Eventually gave up, and in a local market, spent €20 on what appeared to be a Mickey Mouse type of bluetooth headphone made in China, no doubt.
Result ...Excellent quality...no nuclear or whatever interference... Apple has performed the same confidence trick as Alexa, the mobile phone that you cannot use and charge at the same time, ad nauseum.
Man that sucks and definitely sounds like a defective pair. Trust me I’m surrounded by electronics and I get no interference at all. I would return them for another pair. But then again Mickey Mouse headphones! can’t go wrong with those.

I bought it, when it comes to Noise Cancellation, this is garbage.
Yo, those are studio headphones, so we need someone who's willing to nitpick them. This review told me that some normie thinks they look cool. It didn't tell me if they're actually worth their money from a production perspective. If you aren't willing to go deep into product specs and real comparisons, stop doing tech videos. You wasted my time lmao.

To everyone who has older beats before apple, and look to purchase these… I strongly advise to go try them out first. They do not have nearly as much bass as the older pairs. And if you are a bass head like me, this could be a problem. The sound quality and sound cancellation are good for something this price but they are SEVERELY lacking in the bass department. If you have subwoofers in your car these will feel like they have no bass at all. Hope this helps someone.

You ain’t using your eq’s? Apple Music has some. Spotify you can manually adjust them. They sound fine.
They actually for over im your ears. The older beats sit right I’m on top of your ears. After a while they hurt. If you wear glasses, forget it
