    Ma'am I follow only your videos while practicing yoga... You explain everything so beautifully and your voice is so relaxing..
    When i do surya namaskara, I find it difficult to bring my leg in between my hands... Is it normal for beginners? How can I improve it?

    So nicely explained...Thankx a lot ...can you plz suggest a full workout or morning exercise step by step process...that means should we do first some warm up exercise then some asanas like sun salutation and then the above mentioned 3 pranayams?.plz suggest 40 to 45 mnts daily exercise for ladies and which asan for how long?

    Hi Neha, One question about contracting stomach.
    Few Gurus suggest, stomach should go in naturally when you exhale but one should not force stock in. Can you please confirm on this??
