Currently Rockhounding so I am going to have to watch more videos on your channel. It looks like you were using a tile saw and upgraded to a lapidary saw to cut and shape rocks? I bout a small table saw type wet tile saw and I am not feeling that is very safe. I plan to save up and upgrade to some like a 10 inch dewalt wet tile saw. I’ve also been looking online at lapidary saws but don’t know much about them yet. Some are definitely able to cut rather large stone. There is a mineral club in this area but they aren’t meeting right now.
I have a 10" Harbor freight saw that a i installed a 66 dollar labidary blade on and it does a really good job but I am not sure the more expensive blade was worth it. Saw works fine and is much cheaper than most of the name brands.
I would like to make this machine. River is next to my house. I want to make tiles from river rock and fix it in my new construction homes. I need your help for making this machine and uses
Great finds. I go out to Fir road a lot. Recently found a nice large full one between 1 and 2 lbs. If you ever do another agate cutting video let me know if your local you can cut and show it if your interested. Great videos
Dang that's a big one! My biggest is like 6 or 7 ounces. I live towards Spokane but I make it down there at least once a month to hunt. Thanks for watching!

Where have you been all my life? 😍 😅

Thanks for watching!
Where do I get a saw like that
You can buy a tilesaw in most hardware stores.
Nice man! Ever since I got my Harbor freight tile saw I cut almost every rock I get just to see the beauty inside!
Having a saw is a game changer.
Nice cuts bro👍 but how much was the saw I need one for my bigger rocks?
This saw new is $300 from Home Depot but I got it second hand for much cheaper.
@@CurrentlyRockhoundingthanks I'll have to upgrade my saw but how much are the blades and do you get a lot of cuts before you replace the blade?
@@406findings You can get a ton of cuts, the blades I run are $11 and I get at least 200 cuts out of each one, maybe more.
@@CurrentlyRockhounding thanks a lot I'll be upgrading for sure👍
