Uhhhh, Spawn basically overpowered both Heaven & Hell, and locked Satan and God in a permanent illusion until they stop their meaningless war.... Then he created a new Earth after the first one was destroyed by Satan and God, revived all of humanity while also keeping their memories of the apocalypse, and even shut down the gates for Heaven and Hell entirely.

He also has a friend that teleports himself, and those around him, when he farts. That's how he got to earth, after he got shit-faced at a space bar. He learned of Superman from some hobos, and one of those hobos (Bibbo) knew where his fortress was.
Being shit-faced, and in the mood for a fight, he had his friend "farteport" them there. Superman was not happy about this, and promptly asked them to leave, or there would be trouble. Lobo responded with his usual go-to response...he punched Superman in the face...a LOT. Superman got his hits in, as well. Unfortunately, he didn't take into consideration how drunk Lobo really was, and the pain dulling effects being drunk has.
That was the deciding factor in the fight. Lobo was just too drunk to lose. Superman, with his badly bruised, and battered face learned a valuable lesson: "Don't fight Lobo when he's drunk, anymore. He doesn't know getting hit by a man, who can lift 400 quintillion tons, is supposed to hurt" lol

Your right about both Deadpool and Lobo being immortal. Lobo was banned from Heaven and Hell for causing to much trouble in both places and Deadpool was cursed by Thanos (so he could never be with Lady Death) to where even if Deadpool's healing factor failed, he couldn't die anyway.

If DC ever were to make their Lobo movie, in the exact same style as "Deadpool" and have him also breaking the fourth wall like that, maybe they could have a part in the movie, where Lobo magically escapes the confines of the DCEU and ends up in some kind of inter-dimensional space between cinematic universes.
Then, what if they had Lobo run into Deadpool from the Fox-owned X-Men universe and they briefly team up and cause lots of mayhem, before parting their separate ways.

+Walker Prather Although DC rebooted him in a pretty smart way, it was pretty bad. Essentially The Lobo everyone loves was not his real name and he stole it (and the reputation) of the "real" Lobo who is just another mysterious anti-hero with a dark past. No personality. And the "real" Lobo killed the one everybody loves. It only lasted like 10 issues before it was cancelled though.

To be fair, the new version of Lobo could have had a better chance if he was just a new character altogether, not a new Lobo. Why the author did that is odd indeed.
Though the Lobo movie was announced a little bit ago and the director (I forgot the name) said it will be his desiccion on which version Of Lobo he is gonna use. Hopefully, he will use the 90's version. The best version that most people love.
Plus if I remember correctly Lobo has came back from the dead multiple times. So DC can always repcon the good version back again with little trouble. Just a waiting game.

This is where I paused the video, stood up, went outside on the porch and contemplated my life.
Lobo is such a perfect anti-hero in both comics and in the media! Despite his violent and often ruthless nature, Lobo has been known to take on missions that involve protecting the innocent or fighting against greater evils. This gray area in his behavior and motivations has led to his classification as an antihero rather than a traditional villain. Additionally, his irreverent and humorous personality adds depth to his character, making him more than just a one-dimensional antagonist.
I read some time ago that Dwayne Johnson entered in negotiations with Warner to do the role of the Main man.

Um...no. There's already an amazing live-action Lobo. Andrew Bryniarsky (yes, he played Zangief in the 1994 Street Fighter movie) played Lobo in a 14 minute live action version of the 'Lobo Paramilitary Special' comic, where the Easter Bunny hires him to kill Santa.
They might be making a Lobo movie, and if they are, Andrew needs to be cast as him.

Mortal, originally with Dwayne Johnson in the lead, however since Johnson has signed on for Black Adam, and Jason Mamoa f/ Aquaman, That leaves one rumored obvious choice f/ me, in Joe Manganiello. This may also mark DC's 5th R-rated film-cut following Watchmen, Road To Perdition, V for Vendetta and BvS. BAM!

Sannction Please educate yourself on the definition of "Satire" before you revisit it in your vocabulary. This is about as much "Satire" as "Bizzaro" is to "Superman". This was a serious character that was used multiple times, not some one-off parody/mockery...
***** Perhaps you should look at your own education - being utilized only one time is not an aspect of satire. And yes, Bizarro was written as a satirical parody of the one-dimensional Superman, so though it was not your intent, you are in fact correct. Congratulations, even a stopped clock is right twice a day.
While "Bizzaro" has a few elements of Satire/Comedy in his character, he is NOT based on it, and it was not core to his creation. Additionally, while satire/parody's dont have to be "One-Off", the fact remains that Lobo was created initially as a joke/satire/etc and spun off into a serious character with time, i.e the "They couldnt let the joke die". He is now considered a serious character "just as powerful as superman", and they're even considering using Lobo in a more serious movie. No one knows what the character will be like in the movie yet, but it probably wont be this "bad joke" that was the original characters design.
he is the deadpool or fun anti hero guy of the DC universe. he can save , protect but can also kill. kicked out of hell and heaven ,sounds badass and fun to me . i wish i was this guy, ps too much population is ruining the world ,we need lobo for some clean up.. LOL deadpool and lobo would make great team and BFFs !
