    M-ar interesa sa știu dacă îi mai lasati la uscat ,la ce temperatura ii coaceți și cât timp ... Mulțumesc frumos 🤗

      Rețeta video este subtitrată în limba română, trebuie doar să activați subtitrarea pentru a vizualiza rețeta complet. La uscat după cum spun și in video îi pun 3 minute la 120˚C cu ușa cuptorului întredeschisă, după care ridic temperatura la 140˚C și coc pentru 14 minute cu ușa cuptorului închisă.     Macarons sunt mereu o provocare pentru mine. Mi au ieșit de fiecare data dar Rețetele dvs pur și simplu fac sa para atât de simplu procesul. 😊 va rog sa mi spuneți cât lasati crema înainte de mixare. Mulțumesc!

      Ați greșit undeva, ori albușurile erau prea reci ori bezeaua nu a ajuns la punctul ok pentru macaronaj. Mai incercati

      Am facut ceilalti cu lamaie mi -au iesit nu stiu astia de ce nu au facut piciorus dar nici nu au crapat au iesit ca niste fursecuri

      @@danielamiu8927 ați avut albușul prea rece. Ați făcut caz la asta? De cât timp era scos de la frigider albușul?

      Era scos de la frigider de dimineata pe la 1 am fc macaronul albusul nu era rece dar am banuit ca era zaharul cristale f mari si sa nu se fi dizolvat nu am idee.singura data cand nu mi-a iesit nici macar unul

      @@danielamiu8927 unica solutie e sa mai incerci inca odata, daca ti se pare ca zaharul nu se topeste pune putin pe baie de aburi sa il topesti.
