@@MFN073 Yeah, zero issues. Very happy with it. Edit: As a heads up, the X870E variant is a slight downgrade from this one. The lack of a clear CMOS button on the board is quite disappointing, even the X570 Master had one. The cheaper B650 Master even has one, not sure why Gigabyte did this
On my Board the CMOS resetted after Power cut. So i RMAd it, because by taking off the backplate to get to the batterie I could have accidently damaged something. New Board had the same Issue. Anyone else had the same Problem? Waiting for another brand MB now.
@@eTeknix I'm currently using the Crosshair viii dark hero with a 5950X. I have never used a GIGABYTE board, so figured I'd give it a shot 😊. But it would be nice to see a review on the pros and cons of those similar specs motherboards.

@eTeknix ...ANY pair of 7'000MB/s+ m.2's will be sufficient to illustrate if it's possible to saturate the full bandwidth of PCIe 5.0 in RAID 0; the biggest "wildcard" would be testing the effect of ~2 million IOPS has !?!! 😮 Aren't you even a LITTLE curious ?!?? 🤔

i own the gigabyte x570 aorus master Rev. 1.0 mobo ........... n the bios is full of bugs which never got resolved ........ n it stills keeps losing the usb2 connection even at the latest bios version .... guess i will go with MSI the next time .........
This is the mobo I got for my new gaming rig. I bought it just before hearing about the overheating issues. I'm holding off on building the new rig until I have some idea of how updates to the latest BIOS are going. Any thoughts?
Just update to lattest 1416? amd chipset drive. That should fix it. (non beta version ofc). If not sure, set manual Vscoc temp to 1.3 volt or lower until fixed by drivers.
I was gonna buy x570S aorus master (400€), so the 500€ for Aorus master (x670e) was not that hard to swallow. Since i didnt have time/money/decidation last years for new pc, that money and goal is still there. And guess what yesterday happened. A shop dropped (very shortly, think it was mistake) price to 449€ for X670E master, that suddenly feels very cheap in current times for a high-end board (500€ is quite rare pricing, it usually spikes to 600+€ or below 400€). Another reason for this motherboard: X470 motherboards were not as future proof as X670E is now for future cpu's. Yes we will by my calculatio only get ryzen 8000 + 9000 cpu upgrades. Since 8000>9000 is probably small and stupid, setitng out upgrade path, you must buy 7000. Even more since since i skipped 5000 anyway. So now i will buy 7000 cpu and later the best in slot 9000 series when fully discounted (like the 5950x is now stunningly cheap at 479€). Also even AM4 motherboards shot up in price (at least 30€ often more), Z790 is a lot more expensive (sometimes a bit lower then AM5), and 200€ amd boards have insanely few features. Taking all this into account, buying a double price motherboard, but for two cpu generations (with massive upgrade between them), is smarter and cheaper (bit like 5800x3d is insane value for am4 motherboard owners). I like the amount of metal on it, gives courage that it's actually good build quality and passive cooling, the benches seems to confirm this, i also like lower idle power usage.

Yes. Boards don't provide next to any fps changes that don't fall within margin of error
