About 10 years ago I remember watching this wishing for this truck Now I’m 34 and I finally have one , If this is the real Stacey Just know you’re a Legend In Our Eyes
My husband was working on 70 Chevrolet c10 his grandfather gave him 25 years ago but unfortunately after a car accident it came to a stand still last year. My husband is determined to rebuild this truck. He was working on it 3 days after foot surgery so he was crawling around on the floor working on it and I know he was in a lot of pain but he is so determined. Stacy he loves your show and you give him tips he can actually use. Thank you very much.
I ordered mine January 2012 after watching this. Still have it. Stored on carpeting for winter since I bought it. 26000 miles on it. Live in northern Indiana. Cool truck
I have a white 2012 crew cab Ram express , I get 20 mpg and I have no upgrades on it , just a hard bed cover on it and a glass pack muffler and spectre air filter , and it’s really quick !
This $20K truck has another $15-20k invested with all the aftermarket parts. That's a conservative estimate. BTW, Katskin won't sell to anyone. MUST go through an authorized installer.
Where are you I’ve been watching you since I was a kid you are one of the reasons I started working on cars well you and those guys from the shade tree mechanic
@@yodaddy4944 Hmmm for all the precision moving parts $45-$50 per horsepower is not a bad investment (at $6500 for the kit). Plus it is pretty much a DIY bolt on all inclusive package. Sure headers will get you increased performance for around $20-$30 per horsepower but only gain 40hp maximum.
This was aired pre-hellcat and pre 392 (6.4) more of the basic 390hp Hemi from 2007-2013 Think this would be before the Eagle rather than the other Hemi's code name. Remember stock cast internals, valvetrain, cam, intake and headers change those with the newer Eagle style heads and thats good for a good 100+ on top of that for what is a shy 350ci motor. Thats why the LS platform caught on, better aftermarket, more of them out there to play with so they naturally became cheaper. Also why Dodge went and de stroked the 6.4 for boost (Hellcat 6.2)

Stacey do you ever get into trouble with doing those burnouts? Can't get enough of your videos.
I think that it would have been really cool 😎 to put the same exhaust that the little red express truck had (stacks up through the bed)
After breathing in all those chemicals, it's no wonder Stacey always has a smile on his face!

Stacey David looks like Kirby Smart! That truck looks like a bad Georgia Bulldog!
Easy does it Stacey, you're going to need a new set of tires real soon
I really like the Draggin' Wagon.
It was a fun truck! The current owners commented on a Facebook post not too long ago that they're enjoying it too.
@OfficialStaceyDavid getting ready to build one. Since it's been a while and that 8 spd is standard, do you think it's still safe to build a 6 speed?
1:33 the first, and possibly the only time, I have ever seen Stacey use a torque wrench!!! :-)
What episode was the supercharger installed?
Does it only burn out with one tire

Oh yea how do i find the rest of the street sweeper video to see it done
That's a beautiful dog 🐕
Love the show like see fallguy truck done looks great
This cheap $23,000 truck is now closer to $50,000.
What wheels are on this truck
I’m old enough now to know to leave things alone… cool show, but my ram will stay stock!
The wheels throws the looks of the truck off
Like to know top end !
Si quema Cuhh🛻💨
You should have put that truck on a dyno and/or took it to the drag strip to put some times down for actual usable, real world numbers.
How about a posi diff so it will actually hook up and not just smoke 1 tire!!😂😂
Just push the traction control button , works in mine !
You just have to change the gear oil with a higher quality and a little thicker and I will always hook two every time
Too bad they have all of that bullshit background music.
Not impressed with the pay off
Donalddump right? Especially after spending 6-8 grand on a pro charger kit only to get 150-180hp,

It was kind of underwhelming. I think some of it has to do with you can pick up nearly that much power or more with just a tuner on a diesel truck.
2 things a 5.7 has to have. Long tubes and to stay cheap 6.1l intake manifold. That really opens things up.
