- Barrett-Jackson Chairman and CEO Craig Jackson, along with Emmy Award-winning TV host and mikeroweWORKS Foundation founder Mike Rowe, unveiled an extraordinary custom 1962 Dodge Power Wagon during the SEMA Show. Dubbed “Project S.W.E.A.T.” (Skill and Work Ethic Aren’t Taboo), this one-of-a-kind truck will be auctioned for charity at the 2025 Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction, running from January 18-26 at WestWorld of Scottsdale. The proceeds will support Rowe’s foundation, which promotes skilled trades education across the United States.
Built by Ohio-based SugarCreek with input from TV personality and custom auto designer Colby Donaldson, Project S.W.E.A.T. packs a supercharged HEMI® V8 engine generating over 1,000 horsepower. The powerplant is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and sits on a late-model Ram four-wheel-drive (4×4) chassis. The Power Wagon blends retro design elements with modern muscle, incorporating body styling reminiscent of the Ram 1500 TRX and a crew cab configuration featuring suicide doors.
The utilitarian yet sophisticated flatbed is custom-built, while the interior boasts hand-crafted leather and Alcantara finishes. Custom engineering and innovative craftsmanship set this truck apart, representing over 9,000 hours of labor.

Thats one of the best looking trucks I've seen. Possibly my favorite. You can tell they really put countless hours in the design alone. Perfect color choice. I can only imagine how it looks in person.
@@jimbower4249 they honestly did an awesome job on this truck the video does not do it justice. Its a perfect blend of modern technology and classic styling. I was quite impressed being a few feet away from it
Mike Rowe thank you so much for trying to motivate young people to get back into the trades and make real money and not have a mountain of debt getting a worthless degree!
Agreed it was pretty cool to see this in person as I have a lot of respect fo rMike and his messaging. We film episodes on this channel on classic cars and 9/10 of the if not more are working men/women who built their own cars. All trades people, all amazing useful people. So this is cool
Just a thought, saw the front end and said, "Thank you". Super-duper job. My Era of a vehicle....and proud of it. Labor jobs are SOOO important.

1Million 💸 let's get it dirty
@@CalebGibbsAvenue oh yeah would be sweet to have that as an actual work truck!
beautifull truck. Grill/front end looks like a Toyota?
@@dougharlow6037 I overheard them talking about copying the TRX so yes for sure Toyota vibes
@@SubdivisionAutoThe grill, headlights and front fenders are basically a 1962 Dodge pickup. Google it.
Now if Chrysler would just copy this Build ...Mass produce it & maintain the same quality on every unit...People would gladly pay $100,000...for a truck like that....Sadly They never will...
It's too manly for Stellantis. They want Americans driving Gay Euro EV trash.
Let’s see the engine
SUGGESTION: MODERN RODDING MAGAZINE!!!!
Let me see the truck
Um doors um hood um,um ha sick build for real just poking😂
Like color..long ways from real deal
Jerri Mathey also working car shows.
This one's hot
I LOVE MY HOT ROD FAMILY!!!!
Hate the flat deck bed
Mile left out Carpenters! LOL! That's alright. Go home to your house and your garage. ;)
Nice truck!
They figuratively and literally SHIT the bed on this one!!!! Like someone is going use this as a work truck??? A gorgeous wood lined bed would’ve knocked it outta the park not the sprayed bed liner bullish!!!!!!
There’s always a jackass cynic in every bunch. You win.
Really?
Looks like it’s a black diamond plate, not a spray on line.
Mike Rowe I respect all that you have, but that's gotta be the ugliest truck I've ever seen.
Please , please PLEASE don’t let that guy from “ Whistlin’ Diesel “ buy it …🤔🫤. Hopefully Mike & his foundation benefit well .
@@stephenmiller5023 man that guy is the worst thing on the internet. Yeah super nice build !
I sure can see a crew of guy's with there coffee , food , cigarettes , etc , going to work in that rig , let alone it won't pass a gas station without stopping , I don't get it , if you ever get into a accident who's going to repair it , nice work but NOT a work truck !!!
I get what you are saying and you are 100% correct; however, I think the point is not that its an actual work truck but if there was an actual work truck out in the world this what what they believe it should look like. Does that make sense what I am saying? Like if they made the ultimate design and it would be mass produced this is what it would look like (in their eyes). This truck has over 10,000 hours put into it, a high build usually has 1000-2000 hours... so you can imagine 10k hours is insane. So no i doubt this will ever be used as a work truck just a name. Thanks for commenting cheers man!
Your a fucking idiot , missed the point on this one ,,,you’re probably on your 2nd divorce, lame ass
