This looks soooo good! I don't have most of those spices to hand, which is a real shame because I'm sure they make it taste so much better than just salt, pepper and soy sauce!
Great cooking skills, however, I couldn't help but notice the heavy usage of salt and it looks like MSG may have been one of seasonings used in this. Other than that I enjoyed the video. 2 thumbs up!
