This is one of the cleanest food stalls I've ever seen in an Indian food video. I would chance eating there.
How much do I want some of that? Worked in India for a few months, street food every day with no problems. It was brilliant to seek out and try all the foods. The taste was way better than what I have had in fancy restaurants! You got to try it, best tasting authentic food for very very little money. You won't regret it.

The least used item in any Asian cuisine is a measuring cup. As Gordon Ramsay said, Western cooking is very anal with ingredients measured to the finest detail. That's why I love Asian cuisines, chefs usually use their taste buds to measure ingredients.

That is India land of the spices not like the bland western or Chinese food. You need some flavor or taste to relish the food 🍲 since we are not animals to eat tasteless bland food. You need spice in your food. Those who can't handle the spice they can't handle their life.

This street vendor is so far the cleanest I've watched. They are wearing clean clothes and hairnet. They prepared the foods in a hygienic way. I love to try this. Those other street vendors should watch this cleanliness. Goodluck

Watching these videos makes me really appreciate where I live (my back door are beaches, mountains and rivers), the only noise I hear are barking dogs, but most days I hear only birds and Rush hour here consists of about 40 cars that last 5 minutes each time, 8am, 12pm, 1pm and 4:30pm...lol......I enjoy watching how these people prepare/cook food, but the constant noise of cars and horns is enough to trigger a migraine (lastly, I hate how much rice this man tossed away)
