Fugo wasn't written out because he was too overpowered. Originally Araki wanted him to betray the team but got quite depressed while writing part 5 and didn't like the idea of a friend betraying them
it could be either way but I heard the first version of Fugo being written out more. Whatever, Araki got rid of him in a nice way, plus there is a continuation called "Purple Haze Feedback" or whatever.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is intelligent and clever, but also insane and random. It’s well written, but also disjointed and cobbled together. How? Why? It Just Works.
I've heard legends about Kakoyin. Some say Jospeh Joestar went to retrieve his body after his unfortunate encounter with DIO, others however say that his body was never found. Now I've heard about another legend this one states that sometimes on dark rainy days MILFs who are alone in bed can hear just out of the corner of the dark room. rerorerorerorerorerorerorerorerorerorerorerorerorerorerorero, but when the MILF leaves her bed to find the source of the noise they find nothing except a single cherry stem.
@@patriciaverso Yes, but at the same time if the asthma is so bad you cant breath then you cant use hamon so you would die so while it is anti asthma it doesnt make you immune to it
Fugo wasnt written out for his OP ability. He was to be a brought back into the story as a traitor, but Araki was depressed at the time and didnt want someone he saw as a friend betray him. And Fugo staying makes sense in the story; Fugo was an objective thinker,so he knew the best course of action was to not betray the boss
I don't like it because he has several moments in the story where he is obviously hinted at being more important and him leaving so unceremoniously without being heard from again felt very unplanned. I honestly have a bit of hope that his part in the series gets re-written in the anime, as I think it would be relatively easy for him to have left the team, betrayed them, but then come back because of his emotional connection to them.
Master Markus araki himself has said that fugo was to be a traitorous character. That part isn't up for debate. Second, there are two spin off light novels that focus on fugo and what he did after giorno became the new boss
I wasn't debating that. I just thought he should have gone through with that plan, and if the idea of a betrayal was really too emotionally hard for him, I would have had Fugo switch sides again, so that he's ultimately on the side of the "heroes". Yes, I know about the spin-off novels, but they aren't by Araki and aren't considered canon as far as I know.
Part 7 is so overrated. The ending is such a mess and the beginning is so fucking bad. But Gyro and Johnny are probably the best characters Araki ever wrote. Diego is also good. Not the stupid AU Diego but the normal one.
@@blyzer7373 Nah part 7 isn't overrated. The ending was great and so was the beginning. It's the only JoJo part worthy of being called a masterpiece. Definitely appropriately rated.
Araki is 57, he's been working on Jojo for about 30 years. Age guessers think that he's 27. Araki became a vampire and then started a manga about vampires.
The HS fandom kinda burnt out a while ago. Plenty of people still like it, but it's 9 years old now. The kids you remember being so loud and obnoxious about it are in their mid twenties by now. Most of them have either grown out of it or developed enough tact to not be so obnoxious.
I've never read or watched Jojo, but dang did listening to you talk about it give me goosebumps. It gave me similar feelings like when I first watched One Piece with my brothers back in the day. I was debating checking it out for a couple years and maybe its about that time!
People forgotten that Giorno was able to acquire immunity to Fugo's virus, that was a hint that Giorno would have been the one to kill him. I mean doesn't anyone find Green Day kind of familiar in terms of the stand's ability?
Yeah, people tends to exaggerate Purple Haze virus but it has too many drawbacks to keep it from becoming truly overpowered since it works best at close range.
People like Dio and Kira because they are huge monsters, people like Stroheim because he is an awesome dude bro who just so happens to also be a huge nazi piece of shit. It's a weird relationship people how with the character because they often forget that the first time you see him he murders a whole village of people for literally no reason. He does end up saving the world from Vampire Aztec Gods of Fitness however so you could say it sort of balances it out in a way.
It's a work of art as you just see it. JoJo makes characters like Dio, Kira, Stroheim, Wammu and so many more villains who you should be disgusted by and make them so likeable. Dio and Kira are basically Memes although Kira is actually a well-written character and Dio is just undeniably favored. Strohiem is not as filthy as we might think Nazis were and Wammu was basically how you make people sad when a villain dies. He was a bad guy, yet people couldn't help themselves and became sad. That's how villains can be so great
I wish people perceived other media as they do Jojo. Not intentionally overlooking their faults, but not bashing them for them either. I wish people could just unapologetically love what they love without having to get defensive with people who drag it through the mud.
UltimateVegetto I think that Jojo is one of those shows that hits the sweetspot where it's well known enough to have a fanbase rave about it nonstop, but not enough to have haters on the other side saying it's overrated and stupid
I tried to pick it up a few years a go but just didn’t. I tried again around two weeks ago I think, and I don’t regret it one bit. Now I can get all the haha funny JoJo references you see on every corner of the earth!
What's great about Jojo Music references, DIO, Stands that punch, ORAORAORA, Over the top fights, Araki's self insert character Rohan, Feminine poses Joseph's catchphrases and of course, The openings! Nice job!
"Jojo suspends your disbelief ten miles high on a scaffolding made of duct tape, flimsy plywood, and dreams" This might just be the best description of Jojo I've ever heard.
Its a meme. Look it up, crunchyroll once had an announcement or something and instead of saying Naruto they said Boruto's dad, as if that Boruto was more popular xD
the generational storytelling is to me the best aspect of jojo, allowing characters to have complete arcs, then step down to let someone else take the reins and have there arc, so many anime try way to hard to cling to whats already there and end up with a stagnant character either repeating the same things over and over(ala the pokemon anime) or powerscaling themselves to hell(ei dragon ball continued escalation to where goku is literally punching out gods) allowing both the plot, and the main character, and thus there powerlevel to reset helps keep it grounded, well as grounded as jojo can be like imagine if instead z passed the reins onto gohan and goku would stay dead(or at least had some sort of limitation placed on him, like reviving him more meant he was loosing strength or simply like joseph he was getting old) so what came after frieza dident necessarily have to be stronger then him, which would also make them able to do a "Friezas returned" arc and have it be terrifying without him pulling a new form out his but in record time, because sure we beat him once but are our current heroes as strong as goku was back then?
You explained that extremely well. I never even thought about the power scaling shit about dragon ball and one piece and stuff. But that idea of passing on the story to gohan ,gotenks etc would have been AMAZING
Definitely agree that it's one of the best things about the franchise! And another great thing about the power-scaling taking a backseat to the conflicts the characters get into is that it forces them to use their wits more with the powers that they have, making for more interesting fights imo! ^^
@@roachies4242 I loved Dragonball when I was a kid but then it returned some years ago and all my childhood friends got into it again and when I asked them what dragonball brought this time they described a tournament and I said: Nope
" if instead z passed the reins onto gohan and goku would stay dead" This was actually happening in Z, when teen Gohan got more screen time. It just the fans who complained that they are not interested in seeing Gohan and they want Goku instead 😂 though I would agree creators of Z fucked up when they shown this Saibamen or whatever-the-fuck that lame shit was called, they messed up whole Gohan's introduction.
"By part 7 our heroes are fending off exploding sound effect zombie dinosaurs while searching for mummified parts of Jesus Christ and your just like 'Yeah, okay'." Somebody make a T-shirt with that line.
i love jojo because at the end of fights when protagonists realize how to win, they describe it in ways that make my brain have a strategical orgasm ESPECIALLY PART 4 cus josuke does some crazy stuff like when he fights kira..
Other anime characters when flashback start: *THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP! WE WILL DEFEAT YOU* Jojo anime characters when they get flashback: *Guess i’ll die*
I think of stroienhiem as a tragic figure, as without the Nazis he would probably be a bit of a decent person, but with them, all that epic insanity is being wasted on something as stupid as Stalingrad. He’s like the butler from ‘remains of the day’ but not realizing how he wasted his life, also with a suggestive machine-gun
I just need me more of the GANGSTAR adventures. Btw, the way kakyoin damaged jotaro with the paint was him just being fancy as he whipped jotaro with a tentacle.
Only in Jojo can a very short Japanese teenager's suitcase turn into a frog, and then that same frog kill a mobster by bouncing his shovel back at him.
I started JoJo to see what the hype/memes was/were about, and found this show quickly becoming my favorite. Part 1 was good, an epic start to the series. Part 2 was great, I had a blast listening to the soundtrack and the over-the-top voice acting. Part 3 absolutely blew me away, hands down my favorite part of the series so far, although I'm only halfway through Diamond is Unbreakable. Part 4 is good so far, but I don't think it really compares with the ages long rivalry between the ancient vampire Dio and the Joestar lineage.
QueenPeen That's a primative way of thinking it. Just because you think with your dick and do not like her, doesn't mean everyone else think the same way.
QueenPeen In the very least I and 158 people do not agree. Jonathan Joestar would be thoroughly disgusted with your disrespectful and sexist viewpoint. Try again.
So around March of last year, I kind of fell into a rut with my life. I was making friends with really bad and malicious people and I didn't feel like my life was going anywhere. However, one day during a standardized testing period, me and one of my friends finished early and had about two hours to kill. So we traded books, I gave him a British gaming magazine I bought when I went to England a while back, and he gave me a copy of the first volume of Jojo. As soon as I started reading it, I was hooked. I only knew Jojo at that time as this meme anime about buff dudes punching each other whilst screaming nonsense battle cries. But reading it, it was so much more than that. It was no other manga I ever read. All of the cliches that detoured me away from the medium were gone. The bright, big eyed, kawaii waifus in a Japanese setting that I've come to know were replaced with darker, somewhat realistically proportioned buff men in 1880's London. I actually cared for the characters (I almost screamed "NO FUCKING WAY!" when Dio kissed Erina, but there were still people testing and I probably would have been suspended if I did). The volume ended right when Dio got the mask and became a vampire, and I wanted more. In April, I found a fan translation of Stardust Crusaders on the internet and I read that any chance that I could and finished it in May. As soon as that was done, I already started reading Diamond is Unbreakable (the best Jojo part) and finished that in July. I also got one of my best friends, who had never touched an anime or manga in his life to read it and he became a fan just like I did. I feel like Jojo was one of my coping methods to help me get through this somewhat rough period in my life. Like I said before, I felt like my life wasn't going anywhere. But I could forget all of that and read about Jojo, his friends and their weird punching ghosts named after 70's and 80's music. Not only that, but I feel like Jojo also gave some much needed self-esteem in a time where it felt like no one was helping me. I started to draw Jojo fan art which revived my interest in drawing after not doing it for a long while. It also showed me that even though you're weird, quirky, and not like anybody else, people will still love you. I started to talk to actual people and not anonymous text on Discord and I could have never been happier in the state I am right now. My creativity (in my opinion) is the best it's ever been and so is my social skills, and it's all thanks to some series started 30 years ago about a British man's struggle against a gay vampire. The fandom is also one of the most chill fandoms on the internet. Nobody takes anything too seriously and for the most part, they act mature and civilized. Plus, Jojo fans create the best memes. In all seriousness, I owe a lot to this series. It's one of the most important and special series' that I have seen in my short lifetime and I hold it near and dear to my heart. Thanks, Araki. Also PART 5 COMING OUT IN OCTOBER WOOOOOOOOOOO!!
"Realistically proportioned" made me laugh. But some advice to anyone who is caught up to part 8 of Jojo's, read Dorohedoro. I had been looking for another manga to enjoy after reading all of Jojo's for months and when I started Dorohedoro it just clicked. Also it's getting an anime adaptation on January 12th 2020
Whenever you said "whenever steel ball run gets an adaptation" I felt a pang of excitement and despair as I will have to wait years to see the best jojo's but at least its still coming....hopefully
I almost cried watching this. My life was that of a normal lonely teenager until i decided to hear some dude in the AM chat in Pokemon Showdown and read Jojo in its entirety in a month. I was thrilled by this work, i never saw something like this, but somehow no one knew about the bizarre adventures here in Argentina... but i was wrong, and just like the work of an enemy stand, the gravity pulled me towards a lot of people who could as well be Users in the world of Jojo. Now I had friends that felt like family, i had their love and respect and i learnt a lot, i grew immensely as a person as i continued to plunge into this franchise. Today, i abandoned the love train, im parting ways with some stuff though i am still active in my community, but i will never forget the ride, even if i go really far away, even if the journey is over, thanks, my friends. To see this, to see the growth of Jeff and how all began with a little tale about muscly guys posing and screaming while fighting, is something i can only describe as a "gift" and a "blessing" for the simple fact of showing light over a road that we walked towards happiness... without accelerating the damned time and resetting the whole fucking universe, just with a lovely 22:43 video. Thanks Jeff, ive never been really close with your content, but im really happy for pressing that subscribe button.
I started working out after watching JoJos bizarre adventure. I also became more comfortable talking to people. I always try to edge closer to becoming a JOJO
Seriously, where the hell is part 5? David Productions was making a JoJo a year for the past three of them (well, part three was divided in two, but you get the point), and I really, really want to see more of this, *especially* after Diamond is Unbreakable was so fucking good. *EDIT*: I know it's coming now, guys, David Pro had to troll me by releasing info about a month or two later after I'd posted this. Also, the leaked episode looks great, now I just need English subs.
they aren't going to start until they can figure out how King Crimson works, because otherwise they won't be able to animate it. So basically, part 5 never
The reason it is taking so long is cause the part is the most popular one in Japan. So they want to make sure it will be well animated and all that good stuff.
Which is kind of ironic, because Part 5 is probably the one that's most derided, not counting Phantom Blood, in everywhere else (except Italy for obvious reasons).
I think the fashion really plays a big part in making the characters more memorable as well. Along with their unique personalities and characteristics. Jojo is GREAT!
JoJo is just an incredibly versatile and easy-to-pick-up show. I am a verified anime snob. For the longest time I saw anime (aside from DB, growing up with it) as this trashy genre of either really stupid and childish animation or just plain pervy nonsense. One day I decided to give this weird show called JoJo a shot and suddenly I was hooked. I'm still not going to watch most of the standard anime around, but I am devouring JoJo, both the manga and the anime, like crazy. I'm borderline jonesing for more JoJo content that I can get easily (like a mobile game or finding a cheap copy of one of the newer games). It's impressive. And I think the mix of incredibly strange stories, weirdly beautiful art and a kinetic energy that I've only ever seen portrayed in the DB Mangas is what makes the show so compelling. Also the "personal connection" goes a long way. You can see that same thing with Doctor Who. Any Who fan has his favourite Doctor, favourite sidekick and so on, much like everyone has a favourite JoJo (so far.. Joseph!)
I initially dropped it because part 1 bored me a little. I picked it back up a few weeks ago and I'm currently at part 4 and I regret NOTHING. Can't wait for part 5
I personally am not a huge fan of part 3(where I am currently at), but I loved part 2. You are definitely right to say that each part feels vastly different, and people may like some parts and dislike others. That’s more of a strength than anything though. So yeah, JoJo is amazing.
I agree, Starsdust Crusaders was a big disappointment for me. It is not bad, but after great Battle Tendency (which is my favorite part so far) I my expectations would be very high and despite of the good animation (best in the Jojo so far) and very good idea of adventure from Japan to Egypt, this part is the second worst after part 1 (haven’t read the manga, may be I will do it after part 5 anime). But there are some good moments, which I really like. For example, fight vs D’Arby and fight animal vs animal, but in general I would like that part 3 would be shorter and sometimes more serious with more interesting villain or with less second-rate villains.
The thing that drags Stardust Crusaders down is the same thing that drags Stone Ocean down. Pretty bad villains. Stone Ocean had way worse villains, but they both had bad villains (not talking about main villains cause pucchi is great). Like father like daughter I guess (tho I think jolyne is better than Jotaro)
Yeah, Araki focused more on creativity of battles in part 3 rather than characterization. He got overboard in part 6 by exaggerating some abilities. He admitted that's the peak of his creativity but part 7 turned out to be better at most aspects like art, plot progression, characterization, and parallel abilities. Part 3 and 6 main cast is better than 4 and 7 (with the exception of Gyro, Johnny, and Diego) overall though. 5 still had the best cast.
Jojo's is easily one of the coolest series I've ever followed. I came very close to dropping it after the first arc, but decided to keep going because people told me it got better. I ended up finishing the whole series in 3 days. The main character ancestry timeline is fantastic, the art, the action, the characters. Just a great series
OK you can't tell me you finished 8 and a half parts in three days that's impossible. Also, it's still going so I don't think that qualifies as finishing it... Edit: It's 7 and a half parts. Dunno why I made this mistake...
@@saaimhaider8703 That would still make it four seasons, each with 24 eps or so (and one with up to 50). If he is telling the truth, he didn't sleep for at least two days and finished on the third day.
I’ve found that as each part moves on into the story the plot gets so bat sh1t crazy that I really just have to let it ride and accept all that’s happening as fact. It there is something that doesn’t make sence I have to take that upon myself as not understanding what is happening instead of doubting the validity of the events. And since it’s my fault I don’t understand it I give it the benefit of the doubt and buy into it. It’s a great trick Araki plays on us and it leads to absurd story beats that actually fit into the overall plot. It’s amazing and I love it.
Since you brought it up (I've read through Stone Ocean. Bout to start on Steel Ball Run) Favorite Part: Vento Aureo JoJo: Jonathan Jobro: Okuyasu Villian: Kira Main Cast as a whole: Vento Aureo

Modern anime/manga seem to rely closer and closer to our "normal" reality. Even if they're isekai or actual abnormal worlds, they're still trying to ship the "irl" vibe, while JoJo's just admits and stands to what it is: Bizarre. It doesn't even tries in the slightest to even come close to our "normal reality" neither does it try to sell the "irl" vibe and that's what I personally like about the anime. It just knows what can and can't and just outright shows it.
dude i need help can u tell me can i watch the latest series released in 2018(and ongoing) and get the story is it connected to the earlier parts? can i watch it?
@@drvaibhaviraval5429 TBH I'm not sure about the Steel Ball Run universe since im a fucking anime normie hahah ow But most of the time Parts will imply whatever lore needs to be said to get context so basically, you could skip parts and at least understand individual arcs, the only consequence is that the rest of the fandom will get angry at you
Great video! One (possible) correction: If I remember correctly, Fugo wasn't written out of the story because his stand was too OP, but because he was supposed to betray the group and Araki couldn't bring himself to write that in. And I am also certain that Araki didn't have to use the bullshit powerup for Golden Experience, had he just remembered the ability Giorno used against Bruno and reincorporated it. But that's just my salty 2 cents. Keep up the great work and congrats on 500k!
*year is 2021* Person: *reads the start of Jojo Part 9 as part of their Shonen Jump subscription* *Finishes it* "Wow, that was really fun! Imma go read the rest, 1-8!" That is what MB meant. This is a part skipper: "Lol what's this Hamon BS? Doesn't seem as fun as stands lmao. OMG these are short too. That's it, I'm gonna skip to Stardust Crusaders, that sounds like way more fun." Doesn't matter tho, I reccomend you check out the older ones first but idc.
Because every part is good in some way. Atleast when it comes to the anime. If you skip some you just miss out on more or less important knowledge and interesting characters
I gotta say part of me dislikes how JoJo is mainly known from memes since I've been reading it before the anime ever started. But in the end I'm just glad this masterpiece is being enjoyed by all kinds of people.
King The upside of that is that people are often pleasantly suprised when they find out that the series does have substance when they do give it a try, and yeah, more exposure is always a good thing.
I remember always being so perplexed by the art work in JoJo's but now it's grown on me and i really love it. There really ain't nothing quite like it.
I'll be honest, I never ever would have looked into JoJo if not for SaltyBet, MUGEN, and seeing constant references to Road Roller, Za Warudo, and Dio. Getting into the anime was... an experience. To say the least.
He says that the final bosses of the parts are getting way too strong, but doesn’t mention kars who had to be shot to space because he couldn’t even die.
Funny what you said at the beginning because I got introduce to your channel because of what is in an opening? Jojo . You have come a long way and you deserve it keep up the amazing job.
Given that an entire part can be knocked out in about 39 episodes, unless part 7 & 8 take multiple seasons like SC did, taking a couple years in-between parts is good for making sure that they dont run up to part 9 not being finished before they're up to that point
14:41 this is not exactly true, Fugo was supposed to be a traitor (well, not a traitor making him a traitor... read part5) that's why his stand his OP af, it was supposed to be an ennemi stand, but when it was supposed to happen araki didn't liked the idea (rumor said he was in a bit of depression and thought the idea of a friend becoming a traitor really sad and unpleasant) so he write him off the story PS: if you want closer on Fugo's character read purple haze feedback, it's great
"rumor said he was in a bit of depression and thought the idea of a friend becoming a traitor really sad and unpleasant" Yeah, because having an ex-cop character with a backstory of having to deal with corruption and other such bullshit, having his beliefs about being just and fair crushed, passing through an existential crisis about it, having his best friend killed in front of his eyes because of something he's done wrong before, and finally joining the mafia (after living an entire life of wanting to become a cop, an ally of the law) in a desperate attempt at finding purpose in his life isn't really depressing, at all. Or a boy (more like a manchild, actually) who despite his many quirks and having a bit of an aggressive personality grows on you throughout the story, and only wanted it all to finish to return to his home town and have a peaceful life, only to get killed so suddenly there was nothing any of the other characters could do about it. And those two things happened shortly before and during (respectively) the arc where Fugo would show up. I don't think it had anything to do with depression, Araki also wanted to introduce time travelling near the end of Part 4 to explain more about the story of Josuke's savior (probably making Josuke himself his own savior) but that was also dropped for whatever reason. But we had (speaking of time travelling) the Bites the Dust arc anyway, arguably one of the best moments ever in JoJo, so it's probably not that bad.
well Kergen185 provided a link to Araki thought on that matter (the comment right before yours) *_"I was really down during that period for certain personal matters."_* - *_"My state of mind was so dark that the stories I wrote were becoming more and more evil, but in my heart I was starting to hate this behavior as time passed. Also, my heart broke just thinking about how Buccellati would feel."_* so I don't know if it was depression by the medical standard, but he was feeling down and didn't kept cheese-outfit boy as a traitor for that reason tho I do agree that the backstories of the characters are as, if not more, dark than Fugo betraying his friends, I guess that backstories and event we directly witness aren't the same intensity ?
Oh... seems like I found your comment and replied to it just before Kergen185 posted his, so I didn't know because it wasn't updated. But it's interesting to know that Araki's "depression" (or whatever he was passing through) actually made his stories darker, kinda like how Hideaki Anno's depression led him to make Eva the way he did. Also, it's kinda weird when I read a JoJo part for the first time of which I've heard people talk about it's weirdest and quirkiest moments (Josuke "fixing" spaghetti, Giorno drinking piss, the Passione dance, Jolyne masturbating in a jail cell and feeling jealous about snails, etc.) but then I read about these dark and somewhat believable (they usually don't involve stands, but things that could happen to anyone) backstories and I'm like "dude... why is nobody talking about this?".
When you wanna show this video to your friends to get them into JoJo but then you remember that *_they're the kind of guys who unironically think that liking JoJo makes you gay and since they have no confidence in their own sexuality they're not gonna watch anything related to JoJo no matter what_* FTFY

I actually love Fugo leaving. It's just another thing you just don't see in normal shonen.
Twinslayer565 i agree. It made sense. I just hate when the creator of and one of my favorite characters in fiction are done dirty.

Stroheim may be a monster, but people still like Dio and Kira so I guess it's all fine.
That's how villains can be so great
Kira did nothing wrong
Kira just wants a quiet life

It's because Naruto does not deserve a name. Naruto is shit.
the generational storytelling is to me the best aspect of jojo, allowing characters to have complete arcs, then step down to let someone else take the reins and have there arc, so many anime try way to hard to cling to whats already there and end up with a stagnant character either repeating the same things over and over(ala the pokemon anime) or powerscaling themselves to hell(ei dragon ball continued escalation to where goku is literally punching out gods) allowing both the plot, and the main character, and thus there powerlevel to reset helps keep it grounded, well as grounded as jojo can be
like imagine if instead z passed the reins onto gohan and goku would stay dead(or at least had some sort of limitation placed on him, like reviving him more meant he was loosing strength or simply like joseph he was getting old) so what came after frieza dident necessarily have to be stronger then him, which would also make them able to do a "Friezas returned" arc and have it be terrifying without him pulling a new form out his but in record time, because sure we beat him once but are our current heroes as strong as goku was back then?
You explained that extremely well. I never even thought about the power scaling shit about dragon ball and one piece and stuff. But that idea of passing on the story to gohan ,gotenks etc would have been AMAZING
Definitely agree that it's one of the best things about the franchise!
And another great thing about the power-scaling taking a backseat to the conflicts the characters get into is that it forces them to use their wits more with the powers that they have, making for more interesting fights imo! ^^
That's what makes this Anime unique for me. can you suggest to me similar to this style?

Me when I caught up with JoJolion:
Sad Part 6 noises...

Whenever you said "whenever steel ball run gets an adaptation" I felt a pang of excitement and despair as I will have to wait years to see the best jojo's but at least its still coming....hopefully
Around 2022
The setup for Steel Ball Run alone convinced me to start watching the series in anticipation.
David Productions was making a JoJo a year for the past three of them (well, part three was divided in two, but you get the point), and I really, really want to see more of this, *especially* after Diamond is Unbreakable was so fucking good.

they aren't going to start until they can figure out how King Crimson works, because otherwise they won't be able to animate it.
So basically, part 5 never
Android 19 But... it just works, though.
David pro is so based they are animating an entire anime about football (soccer) to make a 2 second appearence on Part 5
I think the fashion really plays a big part in making the characters more memorable as well. Along with their unique personalities and characteristics. Jojo is GREAT!
David productions is only animating captain tsubasa for the turtle TV scene in part 5.

Part 5...PART 5!!!!!!!!
Joseph!)

I personally am not a huge fan of part 3(where I am currently at), but I loved part 2. You are definitely right to say that each part feels vastly different, and people may like some parts and dislike others. That’s more of a strength than anything though. So yeah, JoJo is amazing.
Godzilla Joestar It definitely is, but I still liked 2 better

Bout to start on Steel Ball Run)

ImmaLittlePip lets get this guy to 600k
"Boruto's Dad's Son"
GREAT
Modern anime/manga seem to rely closer and closer to our "normal" reality.
Araki just write whatever tf he want and it works
We are Super Eyepatch Wolf now

TBH I'm not sure about the Steel Ball Run universe since im a fucking anime normie hahah ow
But most of the time Parts will imply whatever lore needs to be said to get context
so basically, you could skip parts and at least understand individual arcs, the only consequence is that the rest of the fandom will get angry at you
Great video!
“Evey part is different, so that new fans don’t have to know the story from the beginning”
Then why do us jojo fans take criticism on part skipper?
Ikr?
*year is 2021*
Person: *reads the start of Jojo Part 9 as part of their Shonen Jump subscription*
*Finishes it*
"Wow, that was really fun! Imma go read the rest, 1-8!"
That is what MB meant.
This is a part skipper: "Lol what's this Hamon BS? Doesn't seem as fun as stands lmao. OMG these are short too. That's it, I'm gonna skip to Stardust Crusaders, that sounds like way more fun."
Doesn't matter tho, I reccomend you check out the older ones first but idc.
Because every part is good in some way. Atleast when it comes to the anime. If you skip some you just miss out on more or less important knowledge and interesting characters
It’s also probably another joke that all part skippers are the scum of the earth.
I gotta say part of me dislikes how JoJo is mainly known from memes since I've been reading it before the anime ever started. But in the end I'm just glad this masterpiece is being enjoyed by all kinds of people.
Same, my thoughts on that are tossed aside by the idea that more fans and exposure is a good thing
King The upside of that is that people are often pleasantly suprised when they find out that the series does have substance when they do give it a try, and yeah, more exposure is always a good thing.
Let's clarify one thing here: Foo Fighters was the actual Jobro of part 6.
yes finally someone intelligent
If you die, you are the JoJobro. Is canon knowledge.
then brokuyasu isn't a jobro
Only if your last name is Zeppeli
He died, but he was to stupid to find the way to the afterlife. It counts.
Is it still too soon for a Caesar death joke? The memes in this comment section seem... oh I don't know... *flat* .
Joker Oh no, my salad is ruined!
Lookin' good, Joker
SHIIIIIIIIZZZZZZZAAAAAAA!!!!!!!
Not going to lie, that scene was pretty soul *crushing* .
Ill have you stoned for that pun
I remember always being so perplexed by the art work in JoJo's but now it's grown on me and i really love it. There really ain't nothing quite like it.
We love Jojo's, because it's

Watching and reading this series fills me with a special kind of confusion. And by the type of confusion, I mean _all_ of them.
Everyone's next line is: "You're everywhere!"
You're everywhere!
Just Some Guy with a Mustache You're everywhere! NANI?!?
Just Some Guy with a Mustache you lose this battle to are ninja today, this isn't in top of this comment section!
Of course you’re here...
I'll be honest, I never ever would have looked into JoJo if not for SaltyBet, MUGEN, and seeing constant references to Road Roller, Za Warudo, and Dio.
Getting into the anime was... an experience. To say the least.
trident042 Don't you mean a Golden Experience
Some classic nostalgic memes there buddy
Funny how the jojo community is still the kings of memes
I got into JOJO because of Mother's Basement analysis of it's OP.
the author of Jojo's bizzare adventure is not a vampire but a hammon master
He says that the final bosses of the parts are getting way too strong, but doesn’t mention kars who had to be shot to space because he couldn’t even die.
Tbh, Kira, Valentine and Notorious BIG can kill Kars. Silver Chariot Requiem can do it too.
Because of Speedwagon.
Love from a MetiNotTHeBadguy and Vaush fan!
im pretty sure david production is watching this video. please we need part 5
This sounds insane. But really awesome. I’m sold.
I wanted to get into Jojo do you think I should start watching it?
14:41 this is not exactly true, Fugo was supposed to be a traitor (well, not a traitor making him a traitor... read part5) that's why his stand his OP af, it was supposed to be an ennemi stand, but when it was supposed to happen araki didn't liked the idea (rumor said he was in a bit of depression and thought the idea of a friend becoming a traitor really sad and unpleasant) so he write him off the story
PS: if you want closer on Fugo's character read purple haze feedback, it's great
Spyko Exactly. For those looking for further info, check the Afterword for VA.
Manuel Mateo I actually have a link to that afterword: drive.google.com/file/d/0B-liTa9M14_eLUdlbS1pbDBMR0U/view?usp=drivesdk
"rumor said he was in a bit of depression and thought the idea of a friend becoming a traitor really sad and unpleasant"
Yeah, because having an ex-cop character with a backstory of having to deal with corruption and other such bullshit, having his beliefs about being just and fair crushed, passing through an existential crisis about it, having his best friend killed in front of his eyes because of something he's done wrong before, and finally joining the mafia (after living an entire life of wanting to become a cop, an ally of the law) in a desperate attempt at finding purpose in his life isn't really depressing, at all.
Also, my heart broke just thinking about how Buccellati would feel."_* so I don't know if it was depression by the medical standard, but he was feeling down and didn't kept cheese-outfit boy as a traitor for that reason
tho I do agree that the backstories of the characters are as, if not more, dark than Fugo betraying his friends, I guess that backstories and event we directly witness aren't the same intensity ?
Oh... seems like I found your comment and replied to it just before Kergen185 posted his, so I didn't know because it wasn't updated.
*When you wanna show this video to your friends to get them into JoJo but then you remember that you promised to stop trying to force them into JoJo*
Oof, same
too real
When you wanna show this video to your friends to get them into JoJo but then you remember that *_they're the kind of guys who unironically think that liking JoJo makes you gay and since they have no confidence in their own sexuality they're not gonna watch anything related to JoJo no matter what_*
FTFY
