- Trying to figure out how to access the fog light bulbs on a JL Sport? Here's a video showing how it's done.
Tools needed:
-Trim tool
-1/4" ratchet
-7 mm socket
-8 mm socket
-Zip ties - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
Thanks! Your video helped me more than any others. Even how to remove the OEM bulbs. 2020 sport JLU.
Two suggestions; get yourself an electric ratchet to remove / install all those long fine threaded screws above your head. Worth buying a cheap one just for this job. Then find a 7 mm ratcheting wrench to take out the one screw tucked in mentioned in the video.
Excellent video !
No crescent wrench or pliers. Great video
Nicely done sir. , I wonder how difficult it would be to attach auxillary high beams to the bumper .I do not wish to spend few more hundred $ for a new bumper and I would love to install extra Hella lights.
After 2.5 yrs, I blew the Dside, b/c they run hot. HR replaced it, but only warranty them for 2yrs. Had a hell of a time getting it back in tho. Plastic grooves had to be cut off the bulb housing. You have the same issue? Yellow looks good!
Do you have a link to these bulbs?
Great video! Please tell me you invested in a crescent wrench since making this video??!!?
Thank you! I couldn’t get the light out of the socket! Squeeze!!!
I realize I am pretty off topic but do anybody know a good place to watch new tv shows online?
@Cairo Kayden Flixportal xD
@Simon Kash thanks, I went there and it seems like a nice service =) I appreciate it !!
@Cairo Kayden no problem :)
2 hours...yikes...I had about an hour into both headlight bulbs, fog light bulbs, and a quick under hood wipedown.. I don't feel so back now. I felt like I was taking forever.
I'm trying to order from Super Nova and i cant order from them.. please help or send link that will be great!!b thanks
@@stopdrinkingleftskoolaid6510 those are knockoffs. Watch Headlights Revolution video about it
Anyone have problems getting them to attach to fog light housing? They won't click on. Tried both sides. Fan on back makes it tough to press into place.
Can’t make them fit also.. did you succeed after all?
@@maximeplourde5184 yes. They have small tabs that don't line up. I took razer blade and trimmed them off.
Alright I’ll try that, thanks a lot!
@@maximeplourde5184 trim them flush and should be good. Had mine in for almost 4 months n love em
How have these been holding up?
Fantastic. I love them.
Hello, did you have any issues with dust/mud/road grime/winter salt sludge?
Did any idiot lights trigger or have the lights started shuttering at all?
Could also looked at alie and get those for around 40 bucks..
Supernova V.4 bulbs for $40 bucks?
@@4-LOW yeah without the supernova name on it i have them and are same also bright supernova is just smart to put other package arround it and ask more will be honest they probably pay 60$ per set because of company taxes but still almost 200$ bit to much for the bulbs i think
Check the reply with links that got in the spam box or held for review
Highly recommend Tugwuetlwu foglights, perfect on my JLU: www.amazon.com/dp/B07VTTQDL7?ref=myi_title_dp

i dont understand. every video on youtube has you replacing fogs with brighter white light fogs. isnt it better to use yellow/amber light to cut thru fog dust and snow, like you are here??????? isnt this common sense, what am i missing here??
Absolutely agree
Hi, I found this other "how to replace your fog lights" video that seemed a bit easier. This was also done on a JL. Here is the site: th-cam.com/video/r6BdQ5_PMBM/w-d-xo.html
The Rubicon jl has push tabs and the Sahara and sport jeep jl has screws. That's why you found the link you posted easier.
The Jeep in that video doesn’t have the aerodynamic piece between the bumper and fender.
I would have kept those ugly euro guards off.
