👁 About this video : In today's video we add a much needed and important mod to the Jeep! LED headlights, fog lights and turn signals! These not only make the truck look more updated, but functionally provide better and more clear visibility for night driving or any other condition! The headlights are much brighter without that yellow haze, the fog lights now have the switchback style making them more versatile for any condition and the turn signal/drl now have a great look in the housing! We have been using Lasfit bulbs for awhile now and on several vehicle and I highly recommend these for any vehicle especially if you do a lot of night driving! Think of having a crystal clear view driving at night and how great that would be too see clearing during the night time hours! This is a mod every vehicle should have and without having to buy a whole new housing, just the bulb!!

You both know how much I enjoy shots of night lighting and this does not disappoint! It would be a glass of cold water and peace of mind to have those lights on dark roads and during inclement weather.

What would make that Jeep look cool is if you make all of the black bits a matte black. Then have the jeep matte black and have red halo's with a big lift. Somebody where I live has that and it looks very cool.
I have some ideas for colors to add and some designs, but that's a good idea!

How do u control the fog light change? Is there another button somewhere?
I showed that. You just turn the lights off and then back on and it’ll be the different color.

won't this cause scattering if put in a halogen housing meant for halogen bulbs? I've been flashed at before so I don't run LEDs in halogens anymore.
I did the same thing to my jeep and get flashed all the time
@@Jth69 lol yeah plus white LEDS are pointless in inclement weather.. run amber or yellow fogs and you can see clear as day in snow/rain/fog and it’s easier on the eyes
I don't seem to have an issue with them so far!
Thats why the fogs have the switch backs
I get flashed when I use the LEDs on the fog lights. The beam is higher than the halogen. Any fix for this?

I just ordered these and afterwards noticed the “fine print” that says they aren’t street legal. Was just wondering if you have had any issues with other drivers or legally bc of the brightness
I haven’t had any issues, I really don’t know why some manufacturers even say that! But we’ve been fine with all our cars with this brand!
Hi. I have a Jeep Rubicon 2020. I bought the led lights you installed in this video and I love them.
However, my jeep has 2 bulbs on each turn signal (an orange which I replaced with a 7443 7444 CK; and a clear bulb which is a DRL). Lasfit doest make drl led lights. Do you have any recs? Jeep looks a bit weird with all front lights being led except this DRLs on both sides. Thanks!
That's interesting because I only had the one orange stock bulb to swap out for the turn signal/drl. They should make led drls for the Jeep! Aside from them, all I can think of is diode dynamics as another company to check out!
Well I click your vid and order all 3 sets of lights. i even used your discount code.... however those H11 switchbacks don’t work properly in the fog lights they don’t Click in justs falls out... i tried removing that green O-ring and replace it with the original red one and it still didn’t seat correctly... So Lasfit sated/suggested that i should remove the O-ring all together and i just tried that 5mins ago to no avail.. although it seats better,, when you grab it to give it a lil tug its falls right out in your hand... i wanna use ZipTies because i love the lights but i shouldn’t have to. especially after spending that much money...
I know it was a tight fit on mine, I think I removed the o-ring entirely to make it fit better, but after that haven't had any issues. I do agree with you though on having proper fitment for the price of them for sure, but hopefully you get it to fit right!
if you remove the grille to replace the headlights, it is much easier.
Then you’d have to remove the headlights, so it’s probably the same amount of work to get that done! Either way!
Headlights. Just remove grill and add hood lock also and be set

Nice! Have you installed LED tag lights on the tacoma yet? I installed some a few weeks ago and it took me an hour just to lock the drivers-side bulb back into place lol

This is a 2018 but it's also the JL model too..these lights should work being it's the same model!
Hey guys….I have a 2020 Sahara and realized the switchback turn light bulbs don’t work. Need 2 separate bulbs :(
For the fog lights right? mines a 2018 and I just needed one bulb for the fog lights. I’m not sure why you would need two.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed for the DRL and turn signal bulb in the side fender. The Sahara has 2 different bulbs. My turn signal bulb only had one filament so only the yellow color works, not the white.
I also ordered the headlamps on the website and installed them today…I feel like I need the decoder/transition piece since I needed it for the fog lights…not sure, though

Nope! I've had several bulbs from lasfit and haven't had that at all! They either come with a built in resistor or you can get an adaptor to prevent that. Just depends on the vehicle.

Do you have to buy two of the DRL/ turn signal sets?
Those are the same bulbs! So the drl/turn signal is just one!
So when I pulled the inner fender liner I have two bulbs on each side? 🤷🏻♂️ I have a 19 rubicon.
@@relewis3 The corner light could be the other one, mines an 18, so you would think it's the same. Unless you have the led lighting package.
Great video - I have been looking at lighting options for mine. Two questions - Did your Jeep have DRL's before the swap. It looks like they are running with the new LED parking lights (in white) and then amber for turn signals, that is unless you just had parking lights on for the video. Second question on the fog lights. If you are running them in white mode when driving, hit the high beams (where the fogs turn off) and then drop back to regular lights, do the fogs come back on in white or yellow?
It should have, they were just amber, so now they look much better! And if you have the fogs on, and use the highbeams they'll come back on the other color!
I prefer amber drl, much more visible, especially in the day, hense its called day time running lights, if youve seen cars with white led drl or turn signals, youll notice yes their bright at night, but not in the bright day, amber is a lot effective hense manufactures use amber. Idk why people use white for drl.
I've actually never seen amber drl's, most manufactures have them white, but they are super bright during the day compared to the amber.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed thats another story, sorry i wasn't specific, im talking about when the vehicle does not come with white led drl from the factory. Ofc now days newer vehicles comes with broghter white led drl, their only visible because they are a long strip of led or a big bulge of light. Hope that make sense.

@@mbperfection Yeah! You just replace the stock bulbs with these ones!
@@mbperfection One the turn signal stalk, there is the control for the fog lights. By turning that on and off, it will change the color of the fogs!
