Wrong attitude when a person says that you take the risks of radical new agency regulations that retroactively infringe on preexisting rights.
Gun owners, farmers, ranchers have dealt with agency abuses for years.
The best organization to contact is New Civil Liberties Alliance. The Pacific Legal Foundation, Mountain States Legal Foundation and Southeast Legal Foundation are also good orgs to contact when agencies go crazy radical.

The only reason EPA seeks settlement instead of coming in like Houthi pirates is because they know they are on thin ice............. for years lawyers have been disarmed from properly assessing limits of agency power. Corporate counsel can be the worst about going along to get along.

They are worrying so much about small land vehicles, when ships burn super high sulfur bunker oil, aircraft burn incredible amounts of diesel fuel. They will even dump raw fuel to lighten the aircraft before landing. I don't think trains are forced to use exhaust fluid. Pickups produce minimal amounts in comparison.

From what he stated it's like he and Banks are looking looking at making use of what's there. Banks has a short video stating that you can only use the maximum torque in first gear on a Duramax because of shift points for the transmission.
His concentration on transmissions lately are a way of getting more power to the ground without modification of the engine.

Food for thought here. Diesel exhaust (black smoke matters) is less harmful to the environment as it pertains to “green house gasses” and smog when compared to gasoline engines (2 & 4 stroke). However the particulate size of sulphur in the exhaust is considered more harmful to people when compared to gasoline exhaust. So what’s the deal?
