  • How to work an Open Lead
    Working an Open Lead is great, basically either a website/paid referral integration did the Lead entry portion for you OR one of your amazing, sister property colleagues did. If you do a search for a Lead and the name exists, you should go to their Lead page and look at the open Community Interests. The top of the Lead page will indicate if it is OPEN or CONVERTED.
    If NO existing Community Interest(s) associated with the Lead has been converted yet, the Lead is an OPEN Lead, and you can add a new Community interest from the Lead page (if none for your property exist)
    • If a Community Interest exists for your property, you click in and work that
    • If a Community Interest does NOT exist for your property, you click to enter a new one and work that going forward
    *If a Community Interest exists for another property and you’re adding a new one for your property, a neat AUTOFILL button will appear at the top of your new Community Interest that lets you pick an existing Community Interest to copy contact and general info from so you’re not adding the same info in that someone else already did.
