Honestly it depends on you CPU and GPU, the settings will also vary from game to game, Fight Night Round 4 runs smooth on the same settings that leads to FIght Night Champion freezing and crashing and vice versa.

first, install update and patch, in some games there's the patch for 60 fps (such as skate 3)
