You can add those items in any floor plan. He's just showing 1 model and one color scheme, and one type of kitchen bath. You can virtually tell them I want this with that finish, in that color, with that flooring and only this brand appliances. Frankly I'd.never have a compactor, trash bin very easy for bugs to get in your cupboards- but recycling yes they even do those in models.

I don't know if they work there but Sugarcreek is a large Amish and Menonite community and as you know they do great work. My wife grew up there. It's turned into a big tourist area but still fun to visit, with great food.

Wow, our modular has almost similar floor plan. Built by Bonnavilla from Nebraska. But they put 2 bedrooms, 2 bath. The home was built around the end of 2015, more of traditional style. I love the Millcreek model with three bedrooms, love the contemporary look.
I love the front of the design , it's huge, love the back patio,I love entry,like the kitchen but would rather have shorter counter space that takes up alot of good usable space bigger dinning area,nice size bath,rooms are good size, love the outback patio off the dinnig area, love the master bath and barn doors and master bedroom, wow I lke the walk closet in mater bath,😊😊,thanks chance
Love the size,the cream and dark colors are naturally great together, the porches, also the layout. Love the house! Not fond of the barn door into the master bathroom! I'd probably put a regular pocket door. Love that island in the kitchen.

Love the outside design, roof pitch, porches, siding in different textures. This is a great home! The island and fridge seem kind of encroaching on the dining space.
I love that for once, the microwave is NOT over the stove. But why are the seats right next to the sink? Getting sprayed would not be any more fun than having grease splatter with a stove top in an island. Why is there an opening over the door in the laundry room? I don't want to listen to the spin cycle or the dryer. There is never any linen storage in these things or decent medicine cabinets. The small cupboard above the toilet is good, but the door opens the wrong way. Is there an option for a soaking tub in the primary bath?
Chance since you are pretty well known in the industry would you ask if any of the moble home companies make homes that are handicap accessable. With the aging population and small children it can be helpful. I think they now call it universal design. Thank you
probably one of the nicest I have seen, more practical than most. And, easy spot for a carport on the one side without blocking a bunch of windows (just the one window maybe in the 3rd bedroom) Master bath shower looks like a test pattern, I would sure pick some other finish lol.

We like the idea of a two-bedroom, two-bath affair; something, say, on the order of 1200sq feet. We'd love to see some more houses of that variety. Thanks for doing what you do!
Hi Chance ...Water heater needs to go from the master closet...and the vents need to be on the ceiling....love both porches...Otherwise beautiful home ....The 3 windows near the front door not sure if it would be hard for mini blinds in each window or change it out for a regular window ...Be Safe Be Blessed

Chance, do you know what happened to me today??? There's a place a few miles from my house that makes smaller single and double wides. I never gave it much thought because I thought you can't buy a manufactured home right from the factory. Well, today I happened to be the passenger instead of the driver and got a better look. I couldn't believe my eyes!!!! There was a sign for Champion Homes!!!! These must be sold under the Champion name??? How exactly does that work?? Can homes be sold directly from the factory?? They are just the size I want!!!

I like the sink in the kitchen by the window. That is just me. Also I don't need 2 sinks in the bathroom. I would just have one with more space for things. I do like the bathroom shower.
I love all the carpet. I don't know why so many people don't like wall-to-wall carpet anymore. I like walking around the house in my socks sometimes. Carpet is so SOFT. It absorbs a lot of noise and today's vacuums and carpet shampooer machines are powerful, light weight and easy to use compared to years ago.
I love the fact they are rounding the corners on the counter top. I'm shirt but I swear every time I walked by an edge I'd snag my arm and get scratched I had to put corner guards on the edges
I really like the size of this home the only things the needed to add ie the sink in the laundry room if I were going to buy it the master would have to have a soaker tub but I haven’t been getting your notifications and with my brain damage memory is definitely compromised so memory is a bigger issue here but i definitely need those coming to be able to remember here great job as usual Chance hope the family is well
