Are you aware KH is planning on implementing unrealized capital gains? What than means is that gain you are publicly declaring is NOW taxable. Even though you haven't yet sold. Even though you haven't yet had the property appraised that new gain is taxable at what ever your tax bracket is. Same thing for your IRA, stocks or bonds. Teacher pension account. She wants to tax on assets/bonds/savings/ property that currently gov would capture when you sold or cashed in. Why is that bad? If your retired parents live mortgage free in their modest home, KH wants to capture taxes on the new ASSESSED value of their home. What will that do? Evacuate those from the homes they have worked and loved all these years. Vote NO to unrealized taxes. Great floorplan with the exception of the half bath. Seems awkward to enter right off the living area. Imagine having a party and your guest having to go in and out in front of the whole room. It would have been better to put the door off the hallway, or better yet on the back wall of the laundry room.
New home sales are down 39% in central Texas since 2022. Pulte / DR Horton still trying to sell 1800 sq ft homes for $400k+. Over priced and little value. You will not have any real equity in your home by overpaying.

Hopefully, I will be moved from Iraq to the USA in a few months. I plan to live in Texas but have not decided yet exactly where (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Auston). This home is gorgeous and I really love it with its affordable price but I didn't know in which area exactly in San Antonio.
Lemme help you. Scratch Austin off the list altogether. If you want to live in the DFW metroplex, choose Fort Worth over Dallas. I live in Houston because it's the best for jobs, but if I didn't have to work and could live anywhere in Texas, San Antonio would be it.
Houses are way to close together for my liking what I'm comfortable with. But for the sq footage it's a very lovely house. Mine is only 1475 and it's way too small for my liking there's no storage so this would be so much better. Unfortunately, I'm in AR.
Really nice house, but I don't like the laundry room right off of the master bedroom. Kind of odd. The location of the guest rest room is kind of stinky 😵💫 . And two 👍👍 up for the staging of the house. The decor . Is fabulous 🥰
