Beautiful home but if I were going to spend upwards of $400,000+ on this home, I would rather have a home built by ICON Homes, except they are in El Paso! Plus, no matter where you go in Texas, it seems your Home Taxes are through the roof! If you're thinking about moving for retirement, INLAND FLORIDA seems to be your best offering and low Home Taxes!!
Sorry, but compared to other home tour TH-camrs, you guys drop the ball on not entering the home correctly. Everyone wants to see entering the home from the porch, and a spin around of the front door once you’ve entered. 👎
What is the name of the builder of the 1950 sq ft. home?
It needs ceiling fans. That may not coincide with such an upscale home, but I really like my ceiling fans. Other than that, I love it.

Hopefully, I will be moved from Iraq to the USA in a few months. I plan to live in Texas but have not decided yet exactly where (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Auston). This home is gorgeous and I really love it with its affordable price but I didn't know in which area exactly in San Antonio.
Lemme help you. Scratch Austin off the list altogether. If you want to live in the DFW metroplex, choose Fort Worth over Dallas. I live in Houston because it's the best for jobs, but if I didn't have to work and could live anywhere in Texas, San Antonio would be it.

Who's the builder?
Great floorplan with the exception of the half bath. Seems awkward to enter right off the living area. Imagine having a party and your guest having to go in and out in front of the whole room. It would have been better to put the door off the hallway, or better yet on the back wall of the laundry room.
New home sales are down 39% in central Texas since 2022. Pulte / DR Horton still trying to sell 1800 sq ft homes for $400k+. Over priced and little value. You will not have any real equity in your home by overpaying.

For the price of the home it has a few flaws. Small kitchen pantry, should be a walk in. Not enough kitchen cabinets. Small master closet. I'm sure the secondary closets are small for that price.

They should of matched the hardware, the black looks great, the gold is tacky! and painting the door hinges is really really tacky. Not painting the bathrooms with gloss paint in a NO NO! Poor location of 1/2 bath, I mean really. The master shower should be a bit larger, there is more space available. Great video and explanation though, but next time please show bedroom closets. thank you

Why does a builder need RE agents to showcase what the general public can see for themselves?
This is more of a service to clients. It’s easier to find and look into multiple builders on one channel than going to multiple websites or communities. And on the plus side, you have quick and easy access to an agent who will represent you in the process free of charge and can make sure that you will get the best deal possible on the homes!

The property tax of Texas is high comparison to California a state is high cost of leaving and termites love humidity state🤣
How much are property taxes in California? I’ve heard mixed things about that. Here in San Antonio our property taxes average between 3k to 6k per year.

Electric vehicles are becoming more popular every year. Every garage should include a 220 volt outlet and electric vehicle charger.
Every new home and business should install a rain water collection and storage system along with solar panels.
Even in areas where rain is infrequent it is crazy to waste the little rain that does fall and waste it.
We need to stop planting green lawns and switch to local native plantings around homes.
It is crazy to plant lawns and build golf courses in dry desert areas. We waste too much water and electricity.

Everything is bigger and better in Texas as the saying goes. Texas is actually the #1 state people from all over the US have been moving to for the last 6 years running! Whether it’s culture, the gulf coast, a booming economy, an excellent housing market etc.. Texas outshines all other states!
