I'd love to join you guys, but right now, my ministry is to look after my old father for he's getting a bit too old to live on his own and parents become very precious to their children when they grow old and frail. I'm not focused on it at this time for I have him in mind and he has me and at the moment, I don't have any future prospects in mind at this stage. I switched to Tooth of the Arrow broadheads this year because I was tired of not passing through deer. They fly like field points and penetrate perfectly for 2 holes and great blood trails. Good video man

Spot on with fixed blade broad heads. I made the switch 3 years ago, and I'll never go back to mechanical heads. Same thing with my broad heads. Shoot deer, sharpen and right back in quiver
The buck with the mass on his chest was caused from a low shot. Did one like that and had same exact growth the following year I had in camera. Nice buck you got!

It's work, gotta do tons of scouting online and in the field but it will pay off. Yalls channel is one of my favorites on TH-cam. Can't wait to see what's next!
Awesome job! I recently took my first trip out of state, to Mid Missouri. I shot a dandy 8 point with my single shot break action .450 Bushmaster and was able to record the event for my channel. I am more inspired after shooting him with my gun, to get out and practice shooting bow more often! Thanks for your words, along with the action and excitement!
Awesome buck Daniel! One thing to add that I did was my first move was to go to the best public land in my state and get comfortable finding sign and learning how to hunt public that didnt cost me much time and money. Then I had some friends that threw me a bone on an Ohio public spot and while I haven't killed one off that tract I've gained confidence and now moved on to Alabama and Kentucky. Im putting in points for Iowa and will probably try Kansas next year. Another thing that has helped is getting a good sleeping in the truck and mobile camp setup. Its not even a thought to drive to another state 10 hours away and camp in or near my truck and hunt.

Went to Kansas last year for the first time and hunted public land. Killed a 8 pt that weighed about 300 lbs. Had a great time with 2 other friends that drew a tag with me. Kansas lived up to the hype. Saw a 200 inch deer , a 180,160, and a 150 inch from the stand the time l spent there. Wasn't able to seal the deal on the big boys but what an experience. Going back this year if drawn.
Really appreciate your take on broad heads. I have been using Rage for about ever and love them, but the point you make about the differences is valid - people just take terrible shots into brush and then complain. Gotta know your equipment and your environment. Appreciate the video!
Rory-Not Gail: I'm sure you've replayed and seen the branch deflect your arrow - you can even rewind/play/rewind and see the nicks on the branch from the broadhead after the shot. Pretty cool. Nice buck.
You made a good shot. But you hit a small branch and that's what kicked your arrow to the left! Watch the small branch toward the top right of the screen at 12:26. Good thing you had a fixed blade, bro.

I agree hunting is fading away I’m only working 13 days these 2 excellent months of the year a lot of people the first 2 days of a season and then it’s over for 80% of them. I agree it’s getting very hard to make it happen with the cost of everything now days but it’s worth it to be out there enjoying Mother Nature 👍✌🏻🇺🇸
