@@mackeystrength The handle it self is really easy to build but I don't know how i can build the rest of the system. I dont want to spend too much money on it since I armwrestle as a hobby
@@findus7 yea for sure, would you be able to hang a pulley off a pull-up bar or rack or anything and use a little make shift cable stack system? I did that for a while. It’s maybe not as accurate but I think it still works decent
@@mackeystrength I just purchased this pully spinning mechanism and I will try to build something in my garden. I hope that I will be able to use a tree as a pully base.
Great stuff pal but I feel like you should explain how you increase your #s. Last video you were up to 70 ish rise and 100 ish roll and now you’ve gone back down?
Yes that’s fair, so my training back on those shorts that I posted was different. I was going really hard, much closer to my max then I should have been. So just before I made this video I knocked all my weights back so I could start slow and do it properly. It’s been a few weeks since this video and my roll is 90 and my rise is 65 but they feel easier then ever. So I think I was just chasing numbers too much but I think that’ll just cause injuries so this way is much smarter
@@mackeystrength Makes sense. I did the same thing back in late January started at 55 rise 75 roll now I’m at 70 rise 90 roll easy. 2.5 lb increase every week. Multi spin lifts too. Your 100 roll looked quite good. Keep up the good work looking awesome my man hopefully see ya compete one of these days
@@aidanhobgood5133 do you juice urself? Cuz either you lying or just ego lifting and thinking you add 2.5 lb every week. If that's possible, everyone would lift 50 kgs rise and 100kgs pronation in 5 years of experience of arm wrestling easily
Very similar style, this stuff is actually pretty well rounded, inside and outside. It does a good job of centre table and more closed in top roll/high hook strength but if you have to run to an open top roll you’ll be really strong there too. I honestly don’t see a reason to not be strong in open top roll/kings move because it makes you really hard to pin where if you were already taken way down to B side but you never took the opponents hand or had this sticking point I feel you’d lose much more
Two questions 1) how many times you doing heavy singles a day (i might have miss in the video) 2) any alternate to doHC nd LC at home I have a judo belt nd loading pin nd the cup(dont wanna do them at gym )
Yea at the end I kinda did a little break down but for short I do about 4-6 singles of ride and pronation, you could do more if you feel good I’m experimenting with 4-6 rn but I’ve don’t 12 a day before. For all the table stuff I do the hi and low cup and press and grip heavy immediately followed by the blood flow for 3 rounds and I do that twice a day
Oh and for alt ways if you don’t have a table and pulley I think you could probably try and make hi cup work from the floor if you bend over the weights do your torso is somewhat parallel to the ground and while maintaining some pronation and without losing cup just try and lat drag it up towards your body. Not ideal I’m sure it would feel a bit different. Low cup would be tough without some kind of table and pulley set up. Another way is if you could set up a high pulley by hanging it off something like a rafter or something and just do it standing, chop down for ur low cup and drag back and down a bit for hi cup
Nice job. But remember that it doesn't work without armwrestling with people. All your lifts have secondary meanings. Devon's lifts are just an extra part of his shape. He just knows his own weaknesses and work with it.
Mostly, the martial arts belts, and the 1 inch spinner handle were from Amazon. The multi spinner I built and I used the strap that I bought from Ezreal when I ordered the table
So starting from absolutely never really training anything before, I focused one arm pull-ups for about a year before I got my first one. I'm around 165-170 currently
Yea I feel like there’s always gonna be a bit of a discrepancy between sides but I found when I was training grip really often I started doing lifts with my weak hand first, so all the “fresh energy” I guess was going into that lift. That was my theory anyway lol but it eventually started getting stronger than my strong hand just by doing that for a while
So the blood flow will build the base quite nicely, so I don’t even do as much as they do but just to put into perspective that’s 150 reps x 7 different exercises and I do it twice a day everyday. So being light enough it’s not tearing me apart, I’m not fatiguing myself so bad that I can’t recover. Plus that kind of work will help heal you and make you feel much better as well. Also your thought process is a bit flawed because look at Auden. Sure he has been around it his whole life but it’s not like he was practicing and training everyday for years before he started doing this. There are many ways to train but I like this one.
so i have a channel too as u can see. im an arm wrestler since 2010. where did u get the table and pulley for table? did it come together?? @@mackeystrength
Stealing it? Okay this is how he says he would train anybody. So he puts the information out so people can use it, I get a lot of comments on what I do so instead of writing 100 comments answering this question I made a video on it. I never once said I came up with this workout. It’s the same thing with any other fitness channel or figure, if you like their results and they post a workout plan would you use it? Or say “oh I can’t do that workout because this guy does it and I don’t want to copy”. Make it make sense, don’t be a fool.

What’s the thing that the multi spinner is connected to like the actual cord and weight machine called ? Thx
Cable and pulley, or pulley system and it’s attached to a loading pin👍🏻
