Hey Devon. I doubt you will see this, but I just watched your interview with JC back in May. If you read the responses below that video, you clearly have that thing, and honestly, if you look at Joe Rogan, he took 'that thing' and mixed it with his natural curiosity in people, and turned that into the biggest podcast in the world. It seems like a no brainer. While I think you can Arm Wrestle for a while yet, and no doubt things like ArmBet are brilliant ideas that have to be followed through, it seems pretty clear that people want to see more of you. If you truly have an interest in people, I can't see you succeeding in a similar podcast interview format, maybe with a table, when possible interview in person, with interesting Canadians, and whenever possible people from anywhere in the world. But seriously, you have this natural charisma that makes people trust you. That's a bigger skill then people realize. Joe Rogan is someone people trust, no bs, just asks his questions based on genuine interest, and genuinely caring about the person sitting across from him. It was something deeply lacking in media, and so was no real surprise his show has become the biggest in the world. Worth over a billion dollars his show now. And dude, while I am clearly not pretending anything crazy, there is that same lack in Canada, for honest, agenda free, long format interviews, with people who are doing things and changing the country and the world. There is no shortage of interesting Canadians, and honestly, if you just begin somewhere, I am sure you can get people at first just through your Arm Wrestling name, but that could build to something much bigger, exactly how Joe did it. Now that I think about it you have a lot in common. You both like to smoke weed, have a top of the game in the sports you do career, and also are naturally liked by people. He has his comedian thing as well, but that is not at all what he does in his interviews, he does exactly what you did in that interview with JC, bring out interesting stories from an interesting person that has very cool things to share with people. If anything you are more of a natural than Joe was from the start. All you need to do is setup a format, create some basic branding for that portion of your videos, and throw those interviews on a podcast as well, and boom. Skies the limit... i mean, 'no limits' - Devon Larratt Podcasts...

Thanks again bro
devon you are my idol sir- true hero- super respectful -kind human being .
Long duration holds are amazing for strength and joint building. I never believed it until i tried it. The joints are often neglected with conventional training methods and start to breakdown eventually. Tendon strength is why monkeys are so damn strong
