1st. 😀🌱🐢 This is a fascinating subject. With the increase in feed cost, any additional supplements would be beneficial. Please keep up the good work and continue this series.
Do you know of a way to feed it to quail in cages without them loosing it all through the wire? I put it on plates and they grab it and run and lose it lol.
@@WhiskeyTangoFarms The only thing I found that works pretty good, is to put the sprouts inside the base of a little plastic chick feeder. They have to reach their heads in to eat them. That is what I am using now, without the quart jar.

Looks like you nailed it! That 3-4 days is a sweet spot.
Thanks for posting, time to get started with mine, "away from the light" :)
Good luck!
Try 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in the soak water for mold
We will have to try that. Thanks for the tip.

Lol nice 🤣
Which grow container did you like better? Mason jar lid or grow tower?
You'll be a fodder expert before👍👊
Nice to experiment. Are you prepping in case of shortages?
Not rally prepping just providing a supplement to the animals.

I have been wondering if the quail will eat the fodder. Have you had luck having them eat it?
Yes they love eating it.
