Starts with 10 sec. warming up
After that the exercises are 30 seconds long and the break round about 10 seconds.
All in all there are 20 rounds.
Great for HIT oder Tabata Workouts.

Can You make 40 Sec exercise on 15 seconds break or you can make 30 second exercise in 15 second break please it would be helpful
