    Just started using this for my kickboxing combinations I’ll do a combo switch stance at the beep and do the same combo other side without stoping then move to the next combo which normally just includes adding another strike or adding a kick and then take a 30 sec break after three combos and move to the next three combos and let me tell you it’s a killer but it works

    Repeat x3
    Jumping jacks (I did high knees instead)
    Plank hold
    Pushups
    Step ups (I did modified box jumps, you could also do squat jumps or calf raises, depending on what muscle you want to work)
    Bicycle crunches (if you feel like your form is bad, you can always to regular crunches, do them slow, or keep your legs up and bent and a 90 degree angle)

    rest30 - 4x running on stop-rest each 30 > 4x mountain climbers-> rest each 30> 4x bicycles lying on back - rest each 30 - 4x jumping jacks - rest each 30 - 4x plank toe touches - rest each 30 - 4x elbow up-down planks - rest each 30 - 4x straight up leaps - rest each 30 - 2x burpees---done, now long rest. Other exercises: skaters, tricep toe touch, front lunges, reverse lunges etc.

    30 sec of jumprope and a 30 break and 1 min jumprope at the end I can feel the burn 💪🏾🔥

    I use it for meditating. Keeps me from digressing for more than 30 seconds. The beep reminds me to focus on my breathing.

    If you're trying to use this for splits when running 1.25 speed is the exact time for a 6 min mile 100 meter split

    Everyones giving there use for this so ill give mines.
    So my friend record nintendo switch lite gameplay and the capture feature only record the last 30 seconds. So he needed a 30 secound interval video and i found this on and the beep is like a indecation to click the button again so she wont forget. Might sound dumb but if you record of switch or switch lite and you dont have extra money to get a capture card then uae this i haven't used this personaly but if you have the patience theb i recommend this for you
    (Sorry for the typos im typing this at 3 am and im half sleep)

      Because it's a 30 second interval timer. Not a 30 second countdown. It for people that want to do repeated activity for 30 seconds at a time.
