Just a side note... if you buy the combat patrol then you get the bodies of 3 more plague Marines on the sprue with the poxwalkers. You just need to be a bit creative and use a little greenstuff to make random weapons and torso fit exact.
Thx i hope new Death Guard Players will have an easier start with the video into the Hobby. Most time i forgot to use the building instructions and than build the modells by try and error 😂 I think if you stick to the instructions it cost you less time and glued fingers but it was fun to create some new Body combinations. 😎
I want to start a Death Guard army in 10th but have the feeling that the box contents no longer reflects the equipment options in the index (or vice versa). How do I distinguish the bubotic weapons from the heavy plague weapons? What does the flail of corruption count as? And all the champion models are equipped with powerfists, which are no longer a valid option. I'd really like to start building and painting my miniatures before the codex comes out, but am reluctant to build models that may turn out useless.
Hi I tried to answer those questions in my longer video. So Powerfist = Heavy Plageu Weapon. Flail and Big Cleaver = Heavy Plague Wepons. Axe/ mace etc = Bubotic weapons
Power fist is heavy plague weapon. Everything in the box works to make the best combo in the rules. I personally avoid the blight launcher and build another bubonic weapon marine because I run melee blobs.
this was the video i needed 1 year ago, rly good job!
Original topic and very useful 😀
Great video! Thank you for your stats as always

Someone told me the other parts of the plague Marines come in the box "Chosen of Mortarion". True?
@@ansonhyli Got a combat patrol coming today and was looking at the chosen for the weekend if i remember when i get them i will let you know

I used the Icon as bubotic weapons, with a blade in the opposite hand.
Thank you so much.
This is helpful, but now I just have to figure out which one is a blight launcher and which is a plague belcher!
You Can see on the picture where I have written Blightlauncher. Plague Belcher is on the Special weapon
Отличное видео.
Но как быть,если у тебя их 30, и делать одинаковых не хочется((
Yes, you can change a lot the faces, shoulder plates etc to create more variations
