your example charts are great. so many casts have the worst graphics, documents, spreadsheets and images which make it really hard to understand. nice work. Just Subscribed!
The thing i don'ty like so much about the Brigands (or other allied vehicles) is that they don't benefit from the buffs you can get as Death Guard. Brigands are always gonna be affected by stealth, cover and/or damage reductions. Death Guard vehicles can benefit from both Mortarions and Lord of Virulence buffs as well as strategems which can make them perform overall better than allied vehicles such as the Brigand. So the true value of allied vehicles depends on what else you bring as a Death Guard player as much as what your opponent brings.
Sadly our MBHs suck in this edition where Melta is so lack luster. Did you factor in the chip damage from the Brigand's Havoc launchers? Might make another half wound to a wound on many of the targets. Especially if is getting the -1 AC or even -2 Ac if you chose that contagion.
A 6-man DST brick with a Lord of Contagion can, on average, kill a Land Raider. We have anti-tank as DG. It's just not super obvious. Maybe give us a detailed breakdown on that?
I would like to see how the Predator Destructor and it's 6 (if within Rapid Fire range) S9 damage 3 shots compare to the rest. Maybe also a Land Raider and 3 Deathshroud plus Sorcerer inside for a melee charge?
i used PBC for a long time (event in 9th) but they dont really manage to kill a lot of tank/vehicule. I was always ignoring or rush vehicule with unit to block them... I have only 1 brigand and with maybe 2 or 3 play together i think its a better option. But it depend of your list and opponent. If youre facing swarm list or lot of MSU -> PBC + LOV is better. For the other list i ll take brigand.
@@generaljannis I'd love to see our various torrent weapons outputs vs GEQ, MEQ, Custodes, light and heavy vehicles. Iv been running a 28 flamer list and it's surprisingly good against most things par the 2+ save tanks. But would be cool to see the stats for Plaguespitters, spewers, belchers, plaguespurts, Foul blightspawn, malignant caster. Bonus points if you factor in the -1 save contagion impact and Lord of Virulence rerolls on the deathshroud :)
Yes thats totally doable. Was just looking at the Deathshroud now by the way , with and without LoV, 1Sv etc. In the 1000 pts game I had vs Nids the Lov and Plaguegaubtlet combo was really Lethal
I'm a new player and appreciate the content
It’s always great to get some good Death Guard information from the General.
Those are all very nice numbers, however only the PBC is made with real nurgle and I have 4.
Yes ofcourse! Never leave home without the PBC :-)
Glad to have our General Plaguecaster counting off Grandfather's Gifts!!
So nice to see you back Jannis!
Hes back and he's on form! Great video x
Thanks man :-)
Yay! You come back!
More plague amrines are always the answer!
The PBC Entropy Cannons only have a 24" range though.

Glad you like them!
Whoooo 😅 been waiting for a new janis video

I really appreciate your unit analyses and breakdowns but mostly I enjoy your pronunciation of 'psychophage'
LOL as a native speaker of greek its difficult to make an english pronunciation of a word with greek origin :-)

Yes I factored all their guns
MBHs are barely anti-vehicle and still would feel bad with big monsters also being good targets

Deathshroud are always interesting :-) Thanks for the suggestion

Yes the Destructor is also interesting!

Good comparsion. And what about Hellbrute with lascanon and rockets? :D
There is always more units to check :-)
i tried to make one work and it seems to be a bullet magnet and under performs
The PBC's Entropy Cannon only has a 24" range :(
Yes you are right :-( I was thinking about the good ol times of 9th :-(
Indeed, kind of a bummer!
Big guns never tire with Morty allows the blight haulers to use all their range in melee without penalty
Great video mate!
Hi Aiden, Thanks! As a very experienced Death Guard player, You might have something you would like to see mathhammered or mathhvyplagueweaponed :-)

Just wanted to say I use other war dogs for anti vehicle. Not brigands
The Stalker or maybe the Huntsman ?
they should put helbrutes ability to pbc mortar....
Entropy cannons have 24" range...
