This is beta firmware that is not available to the public as of right now. This is just a preview of December’s projected firmware release

No power hack unfortunately for those of us not in the states.....yet
Couple of things to remember, you have linear antennas on G2 so you lose 3dB straight away (~30% range) and you've lost the 1200mW hack with that beta firmware so you're on 700mW. But I think DJI went above and beyond with the integration here, they fixed the rebind issue which is a big deal and brought in the O3 features such as auto channel and power which is amazing news. Thanks for the video, just what we all wanted to see.
@@KOrnhOliO1 I have to remind you that scratching a lens with the o3 system is worth exactly 10 times more than with the other systems. 10 dollars you changed your lens! It is a good module but only to walk around and risk very little...
Hey Atlas, do you happen to know if on my vista I have the naco.txt file and bind with my goggles 2, hoe do I know that I still have the ability to select 700ma, I see nothing in my goggles 2 under transmission
Awesome Ken this is very exciting! The only bummer is not being able to choose your output power with 1200mw and once you do this update to your air units you can't use your v1 goggles anymore. Thanks and cheers!

The goggle2 needs some cp antennas in place of the dipoles when running the vista with one. There’s some pretty significant gain loss (2db to 3db) with mismatched antenna pairs.
Are there any stubby lhcp antennas on the market that would fit in the goggle2, or is the third party market going to have to handle that? One alternative I guess could be to run a dipole on the vista, but that has its own downsides.
Yep all these reviews are running mismatched antenna’s and wondering why they are not getting the same range as when they used stubbies on their V2’s.

Getting a betaflight 4.4 warning vtx table has not been set up correctly and without it vtx control will not be possible. Using DJI goggles 2 with updated caddx firmware for compatibility. Only getting a max of 5-7mbps output from vtx. Any ideas or solutions?

Can you tell them to support INAV OSD? They effed up the implementation. They didn’t ask how it should be done.

Hey Ken, I’ve updated my goggles 2 and my Vista and got them all bound up and Video working but for the life of me I cannot get the remote controller 2 to work. It doesn’t show up in beta flight at all. Can you help me with this?

Aren't the Goggles 2 on linear antennae? Roughly 3dB of loss if your quad has CP antenna.

Based on your impressions:...The only changes we should expect between (Caddx Vista & Goggles 2) and (Caddx Vista & Goggles v2 ) are the UI new design and the 720 image through OLED Screens? ...Or you think we will end getting an higher image resolution and/or better range from the Caddx Vista to Goggles 2 or full Canvas Mode?
Canvas mode will likely be fully functioning in final release at least for beta flight 4.3 anyhow

@OriginaldoBo do you think I will be ok with 100 fps coming from analog. I just ordered the goggles 2 and kinda wish I had got the v2s for the 120fps. Do you think I’m going to be disappointed?
You’ll be fine at 100 fps I can’t tell the difference
@@jmillerfpv yes you will be disappointed becouse you CAN'T set mor than 25mW of power. On old v2 you can set it to 1200mW.
Can you confirm the rebinding issue has been fixed? I’m seeing conflicting information.

What kind of antennas do you run on your V2? Are they upgraded or stock?? I can see that being a difference like for me I have a patch antenna and some upgraded. I need directional antennas on my v2s. As far as I'm aware, they don't have any aftermarket antennas for the goggles 2 yet
These are the goggles 2 there are no antenna options

Can someone test the narrowest view with the camera set back enough to protect it in a frame?
With the camera being a 109 dollar liability having to have it right at the front would be a big problem for hardcore freestyling.

I see a lot of hype, but I am going to remind everyone how expensive it would be to scratch a lens with this new system... before it cost 10 dollars to repair a scratch, now you will fly carefully so as not to scratch your lens with the new system..
