    언니 영상으로 운동 정말 많이하는데 영상들 볼때마다 느끼는거지만 목소리랑 딕션이 진짜 좋으신것같아요 ㅠㅠ 항상 좋은 운동 감사드려요
    유산소 루틴으로 30분 이상짜리 찍어주심 넘 좋을듯합니당 그저 바램..❤

    요즘 운동은 계속 따라하지 못했지만 이런 영상 늘 많은 도움이 돼요~!!
    덕분에 음식 음미하며 천천히 먹는 습관도 생겼고 힙딥이 덜 생기는 브릿지 동작도 알게되고 이번 영상도 앞으로 새겨야할 마음가짐에 도움이 되네요~

    안녕하세요! 1달 전에 언니 영상을 접한 초보 지키미입니다.
    덕분에 살 조금씩 빠지는 중입니당ㅎㅎ
    근데 소식공식 보고 '아 무조건 참지 말고 양 조절 해봐야겠다' 했는데
    아무리 다짐을 하고 먹어도 폭식하는거 있죠ㅠㅠ
    진짜 제가 배고픈 상태에서 맛있는게 눈앞에 있으면 돌아버리는데 이럴땐 어떻게 할까요???
