Im so glad you speak on your video, i enjoy your voice. Very calming. I must be old school, the new videos are not for me. This is a nice afghan to make. Your stitches are great, so neat. Thanks so much for this video.
@@tracygrierson4920 hi! Thank you for watching. For a smaller baby blanket approximately 30x34 depending on yarn size and tension you will begin with 115 chains. That’s multiples of 3 + 1. This would be based on a 6 - 6.5 mm hook /yarn. Hope this helps!
Thank you. I have subscribed to your channel, because of the way you instruct. I find your teaching technique very easy to follow and your examples are beautiful works. Thank you for being an excellent instructor. I look forward to more instructional videos from your channel.

Thank you so much for explaining how to turn your project. I never understood there was a right way and a wrong way to turn your project. So, the working yarn always is behind your hook.
So I just finished making this for my new grandson coming in august! My question is should I add a border or leave it the way it is? Thank you for the easy instructions and I enjoyed making it very much.
HI LInda. The yarn in the thumbnail is Caron simply soft that calls for a 5mm hook. The yarn in the demo is Lion Brands Hometown yarn that calls for a 9mm hook but I use a 10mm in the demo. Hope that helps! Thank you for watching. 😊

That’s great! Personally I like it without a border. I feel like it distracts from the drop loop
