You have blessed my day! Your instructions are so clear and easy to follow, and your voice is so reassuring. I'm honestly surprised that you only have 45k followers (which is a lot but comparing to the noisy flashy have-to-fill-this-space crochet TH-camrs). I hope all crocheters stumble upon your site like I did today. And I truly hope that you'll add more videos -- and a patreon or a "buy me a cup of coffee" button or whatever it is so that we can financially support you as you build this channel.

Thank you! I really like a crochet pattern that works into the spaces. I can almost work without looking because I can feel where the stitch goes. Great for crocheting while watching TV or videos!

😂thanks from a 80 year old knitter who who has just discovered crochet and is Loving It ❤!!
So far this stitch is my favorite. I’m making a blanket with it and using Lion Brand Mandala Baby Cake in Narnia the colors are just outstanding. I’m about halfway through my second cake. 590 yds each and just so soft!!
I never get tired of it 😊
Your words and your voice make it so easy and pleasant!
I will be searching for you again and again ❤😊
    Thanks

Did you start? I haven't crocheted in 45ish years, and I took it up again about 2-3 weeks ago. I just finished an adult blanket with Bernat Blanket yarn, and looking for a baby blanket for a gift. It's fun! I wish I never stopped. Yarns are so much prettier since back when we did it! Wishing you well!

Love this stitch, thank you for teaching it to me. I can't read a pattern so I love when I can see it and sometimes even write the pattern in terms I understand. I'm a visual learner so this videa really helped. I also love the color of this yarn and you've inspired me to go buy more yarn 🙂 you have a wonderful color palette on your channel.

Daisy Cottage Designs has THE best patterns. I made a baby blanket using a different pattern than the block stitch but it was simple enough for me to follow with. My cousin loved it and now I'm making another blanket for another cousins baby that was just born. I'm so excited to try out this new pattern and stitch. Thank you for making the material free on your website and having these YT tutorials to help those of us that are semi-newbie or intermediate crocheters :)

Fantastic!👍 I saw a blanket made with this stitch but I didn't know it was called a block stitch. I'd written down instructions on how I "thought" it was done and although not 100% correct (because I've not worked it), I was very close. In my mind I was thinking Ch3 sp instead of Ch2 sp. Everything (st count, etc.) clicked 💡 after you did the 2nd group of dc3's. Thank you so much for sharing this. Now I can get started without hurting my brain with trial and error! 😄 Thanks again and have a blessed day! 🙂

❤Ah, I found your Anchored Boxed Block stitch afghan. I liked it a lot, but decided to do a fptc st around the center stitch of the blocks 2 rows below instead of just anchoring it in the top of the center stitch 2 rows below.
It gives it a bit of texture while anchoring it, and for me it is faster than working into the top of the stitch.

You can also accent this particular pattern when doing the in-between row. You can use a different color and it will actually frame the clusters that you are making. I like that because then you can actually see the box stitch a little more prominently.
