    Good video Nicole. I find that most people are unrealistic when starting a diet and exercise plan. I believe you should begin with a plan so easy you can’t fail, then gradually increase the difficulty. This approach will give you early wins and builds confidence. As you grow more confident, then start challenging yourself. Wow 60 lbs that's impressive.. Good job..
