    What's the difference between MALT CARAFA special II and CARAFA II MALT? I would like to try this out but I can only find special II. And it's a bit confusing as you are referring to both as Carafa 2 malt, but in the description one is carafa special 2 malt.

    🤔 would it be possible to make a dirt simple concentrate that can be added to sparkling water and a little alcohol to make instant beer? Something like ike boiled down lightly smoked barley/ elderberry juice? The ingredients in beer are simple, so technically it should be possible, right?

    • @Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato
      @Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato  ปีที่แล้ว

      Maybe 🤔 but probably the result will be strange 😬 I don’t know if you can find the right balance

    • @emillindroth

      @@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato trial and error I suppose... But what if the result isn't strange? Perhaps it's easier than one might think? I mean - making whiskey in ten days with three ingredients? Anything's possible at this point. Regardless, if the ratio was found and someone created a way to do it, that person would make it into the history books for sure. Technically, whiskey's a solution, right?

    hey im wondering if it could be possible for you to make a beer but using stinging nettle for bittering i know the lower leaves taste's much more bitter than fresher leaves. but im wondering if it could be possible to use it. could that be something you could do? or maybe dandelion or some kind of garden weeds since they are wild and easily available?

    I heard on another brew channel that bread yeast can still make a good tasting brew, especially with mead, but the biggest difference is it doesn't flocculate well or make a tight lees or sediment cake at the bottom of the fermentor. I'm curious to know what your opinion about this is? I've used bread yeast before, but only with tepache. Additionally, I notice this video is a bit more detailed and I've been brewing for a couple years and learned a couple things I hadn't heard before, so thanks!

      I tasted a wine from my friend that used bread yeast 👍🏼 and was good but I said that you need to wait longer if you don’t want to taste the yeast. But in his beer 🍺 I can taste it.
      So I think 🤔 you can use it but wait more before putting the beer in the bottles, wait until the beer is clear 🙂

      @@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato I will make my first beer in july. The main thing with pilsners is the fermentation temperature. It must stay between 10-15 celsius which is only possible in a basement in my opinion ( or at least our basement
      is at that temperature ). The most common hops are hallertau (for german pills) and saaz (for czech pills). I’ll share my recipe if it turns out great.
